Single source of truth for customer onboarding teams. Allows seamless handover from sales and further to the customer success teams. Most used features are:

1. Custom fields to capture any details as per requirements

2. Number of customers dependent on a new product feature.

3. Usecase to client mapping.

4. Customer collaboration on the tool.

What do you like best about CogniSaaS?

CogniSaaS has helped the implementation team to have standardized project plans across customers. Status updates can be sent to the customer in a single click. Customers have visibility to the project progress via a portal without the need to login.

This has helped implementation teams to focus and coordinate seamlessly across cross-functional teams internally and externally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CogniSaaS?

Nothing to dislike as such. Would be great to have integration with support ticketing system to track customer health status after the go-live as well. I understand that this is already in the roadmap, so looking forward to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer requirements are scattered across various tools (JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Notes). CogniSaaS helps to document, track, manage and prioritize requirements better.
