What do you like best about CogniSaaS?

For us during the customer onboarding & implementations, our CS/Implementation leadership team needed to track answers to these questions on a weekly basis as part of the internal reporting:

Which customer projects and their modules/use cases are on track/at the risk of delay/overdue?

What is the risk to revenue recognition due to implementation delays?

Who needs to do what by when for faster time-to-value and faster revenue recognition?

Getting all this information used to involve checking with multiple teams, pulling this information from multiple tools/emails/slack etc. and many times this information was not even accurate. Moreover the time taken to get this data was longer with more number of customers.

With CogniSaaS we are able to get answers to these questions in a one click dashboard regardless of the number of customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CogniSaaS?

The resource management feature of project management is not available currently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CogniSaaS solving and how is that benefiting you?

CogniSaaS has prevented the disconnect among our internal cross-functional teams Sales, CS, Implementation and Product/Tech on – what was promised to the customer in sales stage, where are we currently, what are the gaps and how do we close those gaps.

As a result, all the teams are focused on the value delivery for our customers instead of focusing only on the Jira tickets and a bunch of tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CogniSaaS?

The platform allows tracking of all ongoing projects with current status and dependency. Key features are:

1) Custom fields to allow capturing details of handover

2) Product wise customer dependency

3) Use case delivery status with impact on overall customer health

4) Single dashboard for all clients with RAG status

What do you dislike about CogniSaaS?

Role based access control with better UI is not available Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CogniSaaS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cognisaas has helped to reduce customer onboarding time by 10 working days, allowing customers the visibility of their project status and better CSAT. We are able to discuss and build relationships with customers for long term without the need of figuring out items buried in emails and documents. The communication is seamless across teams, especially with the integration available with JIRA Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
