n my opinion, CogniSaaS helps efficiently manage and track customer onboarding processes. It enables all teams to collaborate on the same platform across different departments.

I have been using CogniSaaS for over six months, but I have faced several difficulties, including:
Slow response time almost every day.
Task status updates are inconsistent – When I update a product task to "Done" or "In Progress," it does not reflect immediately. The next day, it still shows as "Pending" with no updates.
Lack of reliability and trust – Even after updating project and product statuses, they often do not get saved or reflected properly.
Very slow performance – The platform takes too long to load and process tasks, despite my internet speed being perfectly fine.

There are handfull of dislikes , just mentioning few here .
1.Slowness :Taking much time to reflect the details that we have added also we have to refresh the page every now and then to check whether the details we have added is reflecting .
2 .Time consuming : Just to add a property it is taking a time of 12 to 15 minutes , here also need to refresh in between to check whether all the check points are reflected .
3 . Automation : The automation that set is not working propertly ," On hold " properties will be under " inactive " , incomplete task marked as Done and the list in going on .

Implementation has been quite challenging, especially with tasks like creating templates and setting up processes. The system is also very slow, which is frustrating and affects productivity. On top of that, there are several bugs that make things even harder:
1. Pages often fail to load, and we constantly have to refresh them.
2. Products or comments sometimes disappear without any explanation.
3. Automation sometimes marks incomplete tasks as "DONE," which causes confusion between teams and frustrates customers.
4. There are numerous times we can't access client data, and leading us to report to Cognisaas team to get it fixed, until that we can't access and update nothing.

Cognisaas has a very poor user experience. The platform is slow and not user-friendly at all. Searching for any client or account is extremely difficult, and there is no smooth navigation. Every time I need to find something, I have to reload the page multiple times, which is very frustrating. The interface feels outdated, and the overall workflow is not intuitive. Nothing I like the most. Everyday we are using this tool to manage property onboarding but it is not working as per standards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Earlier we were facing slowness due to that it affected the agents performance. That we reported to them which is not 100% fixed & Since 2 days we are facing one more problem.
While we add property to the cognisaas, Under product plan , there are no task visible & due to that our work has been stopped.

I only updated the actual end date of the task to the next day. However, the system automatically marked the task as Completed on that day, and later, on the same day, it changed the status again from Completed to Overdue.
Additionally, properties that are currently on hold are still showing up under Due Today tasks, even though they shouldn't be visible there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
