What I love most about CoBrowse is how easy and fluid it is to use. It is so effective being able to view and interact with a customer's screen in real time and without any downloads. Also, with regard to privacy, it only co-browses the exact browser tab or app — no risk of seeing sensitive information. It will transform your ability to help customers and resolve issues faster. What I don’t like about CoBrowse is that it can sometiems be a little dependent on having a stable and quick internet connection to work flawlessly. This can make it difficult to use in remote areas or when the connection is unreliable. Also, while the software is easy to use, there is still a small learning curve for new users who have never used co-browsing software before.
