What do you dislike about CMap?

There are some reporting features I would like to see implemented (ability to report on % complete per stage of a project) and more/different bookmarks for invoice templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CMap?

CMAP is a very efficient, user friendly project management tool. You are able to stay in control of projects using CMAP through the various functions it has available. It allows for individuals to view project details which helps teams to align in their understanding of a project. Additionally, project leads are also able to run reports to view useful details such as staff utlisation which helps with project allocation.

The best thing about CMAP is the in-depth functions available so you are constantly learning new ways to streamline your projects and subsequently making them more efficient.

Very complex information and high cost projects can be easily organised which makes CMAP a great project management tool for all organisations to utilise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CMap?

Overall CMAP is very useful and I would recommend it for other businesses to use. I wouldn't say I dislike anything about CMAP but I would suggest they should make company's more aware of the functions they offer and how they can be implemented in day to day activities. What problems is CMap solving and how is that benefiting you?

At my company, we run very complex projects simultaneously. Therefore, CMAP allows us to monitor our budgets to ensure we are not running hot on projects. What problems is CMap solving and how is that benefiting you?

Managing our projects and preventing double entry by integrating with Sage. Before we were managing projects in spreadsheets, with no consistency or visibility. We now have all our information in one place and everyone knows the processes. All this information then is fed into Sage via the integration tool, where before we were having to manually enter again, with the higher potential for errors.

Using CMap has saved us time, reduced erros and given us much better visilibity of where we are as a business at a given time, how we are performing and how we could be doing better. What do you like best about CMap?

Accessible platform which is quite intuitive for people who aren't tech savvy. Customer support is good and they do take on board suggestions so the platform has evolved in the 3 years of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CMap?

Personally, i would like the holiday booking sheet to speak to the timesheets more. Some of the reporting functions could also be more accessible on templates, but other than that it is a really great platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are a busy consultancy practice and CMAP allows up to track utilisation and link this to fees, time, expenses, and change orders etc. We are now also using CMAP to link directly to our financial reporting system so we are really placing the system at the heart of all of our business operations. What do you like best about CMap?

CMAP is an invaluable, user-friendly and intuitive tool to manage projects. It gives great insight into individual projects, including budgets, details and progress. When managing numerous complex projects, this tool allows project managers to see an overall picture helping to navigate overall profits and staff allocation. What do you dislike about CMap?

I have no particular dislike for any aspect. I have just attended a training session facilitated by CMAP which gave me more insight into the various functionalities of CMAP that I was not aware of before. This training helped me to understand the different functions of CMAP and how I can utilise them when managing projects in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CMap solving and how is that benefiting you?

CMAP allows reports to be run from the data stored on staff utilisation and fees. Running reports like this helps us to allocate the staff that are available at that time ensuring projects are efficient, profitable and do not overrun due to a lack of staff resources. What do you like best about CMap?

Integrated project flow from early stage pipeline, into live project, tracking and billing.

Some good standard reports.

Relatively easy to follow

Good ability to export reports as csv to manipulate data for bespoke reports - but couldn't this be done better in the app?

Good training videos that can be used as aide memoires

What do you dislike about CMap?

No 2 factor authentication without paying for the premium version. Unacceptable in today's world of cybersecurity requirements.

Reporting can be inflexible and difficult to combine data from the different data tables in the application.

What do you like best about CMap?

I have CMAP open all the time as I use it to manage my projects and resource our associates, and to integrate the finances with Sage. The reports that can be produced are ideal for reporting to the Board members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CMap?

The only feature I have an issue with is that you cannot go back to a previous date and change the resourcing, but this does mean that you have to keep up to date with all projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CMap?

- CMAP is very straightforward and user friendly.

- CMAP Consultants, Support Team and Onboarding Team have been brilliant. Max Stothard has been our consultant, he's been patient with any queries we have and very responsive.

- The phased onboarding process broke it down really nicely for us to implement to the wider team members.

- Our team of 30 use this system daily for filling in timesheets. The overall feedback has been positive and everyone commends it for how quick and easy it is to submit time.

- The features are great, but not ovewhelming either. It breaks down the process really well for us from winning a project to invoicing for the project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CMap?

We are still learning to use all of CMAP's functions to get the most out of the platform. Once we have achieved this I couldn't say I disliked anything about CMAP! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We used to mannually use Excel for Timesheets and invoices each month which took longer and caused delays. This also lead to human errors happening more regularly due to incorrect invoicing or lack of communication.

What do you like best about CMap?

CMAP has the best user interface in the market by a long way... It's ease and firendly layout is a very effective way to ensure uptake and user satisifaction. CMAP guys are always developing their product taking on customer input every step of the way to help develop the product for its users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CMap?

There have been some inconsitencies with the way things are named and the linking of certian aspects in the system (ie date ranges need to be update in multiple places for ceratin actions to be able to work). However this is something CMAP are currently working on fixing "connect the dots". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

CMAP allows us to easily report on up to date financial performance of project across our practice at the click of a button. Gaining a better understanding fo any upcoming shortfalls in project fees or insights in to best practce for management of our projects to ensure the bets outcome for us and the end client. What do you like best about CMap?

Being able to track projects and get reports which have been required for a long time but were not available on previous systems.
