Clueso helps me save a lot of time in a couple of tasks:

- Create internal demo and training videos. All I have to do is to record without worrying about the output and Clueso does the rest. As an added bonus, Clueso also gives me an article that I can share with anyone.

-Create public facing videos for product demos. Clueso does a good job in reducing the time needed to publish it. Offers a variety of features to edit videos the way I want it.

While the video creation, editing, and publishing experience is top notch, I think Clueso can improve upon the following things:

- Help center capabilities are still very basic.

- Overall admin and dashboard experience (organising folders etc.,) isn't very intuititve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the biggest challenges my team faced was the lack of resources on the education side—whether it was time, money, or people. Clueso has really helped us save those resources, which has been a huge help! While the tool is still new and some features are a bit limited, what I love most is the team behind it. Every time I’ve interacted with them, they’ve been incredibly warm and responsive. It feels great to have that level of support! Clueso is great for creating procedural videos and step-by-step guides. Our use case was a bit different, though; we were tackling complex web development concepts and trying to make them digestible for non-technical users. This meant we spent quite a bit of time making edits in and outside the Clueso platform to ensure everything was clear.

I was also told that longer videos typically don’t perform as well, which can be tricky for us since our content is concept-heavy, and that meant, longer videos. As a product company, showcasing the value proposition of the product is always a labor intensive task. You have to work with video editors for a long time and give inputs. Using Clueso everyday to edit videos with a prepared script has been the best either to upload it as is, or to talk along. The AI capabilities while making the video flawless. The video output or GIFs are always in great quality. Most of all, their team is always there to support us for any clarification! Clueso’s translation feature is fantastic! It made translating videos simple, with a variety of voice options and pronunciation settings to perfect tricky words.
