I have been using Clubworx for 5 years and am happy with their product. In that time the Clubworx software has been super reliable and coped with the many changes of my business model from a pay as you go basis to a monthly subscription membership basis, and from running a few classes a week, to managing a busy studio.
The Clubworx software enables me to easily manage my class bookings and payments for my Pilates Studio. I particularly like the sequences function that trigger email or SMS messages for example welcome messages to new clients.
The sofware also enables clients to manage their bookings via a live calendar on my website or via the member app. This makes my booking and payment process run smoothly and efficiently saving days of admin every month.
The reports function has enabled me to understand trends and behaviours of my clients and finances and helped drive business decision making.
Customer support is really efficient despite a time difference between where I am based (Ireland) and where Clubworx are based (Australia).

We started using Clubworx a year ago, and it has been a wonderful experience that has contributed to significant growth for our club. Clubworx were very hlpeful in the implementation stages, and we got everything up and running very quicky. We found the system intuitive and easy to learn and use, which is great seeing as we are use it all day. It integrates with our direct debit provider, and has many features, such as the smart waiver and sequences, that have helped us stay on top of retention, gradings, reporting, attendance, etc.
However, my favourite thing by far is the excellent customer support. The team is responsive and helpful, and you get so speak to the same people so they get to know your specific business needs.

We found the membership suspension mechanism to be clunky and required a lot of manual compensation in terms of adjusting payments, however some of these issues have since been resolved.
The branded app is fantastic, but one thing that can be easier is allowing members to purchse things like workshops or seminars through the app.

Clubworx has been really easy for membership management. We are able to manage current and new memberships with minimal training, and find the interface relatively intuitive. Clubworx makes it easy to find members and update their data in moments, via a mobile device (this help to manage requests on the go, without the PC). Creation and reordering of questions on membership forms is not the best - I found that I needed to use a bit of trial and error to get the form correct, and did not find a way to reorder questions once they were added to the form (in February 2022 - this may have been addressed since then). The pricing tiers also jump up pretty quick and assume additional functionality is only required when a minimum number of members is met (which is not the case for our studio). We love that we are able to conduct all our business through this system - including our timetable, bookings, product sales and communications with our members. All my staff find it easy to use and appreciate that when we provide feedback, that upgrades are made to the system. It's constantly being upgraded for ease of use and to help our business. I'd like to see the shop accessable on the mobile app. The ability to add ready to grade notifications when attendance has been hit.
