What do you like best about CloudTalk?

The ability to see live call stats - e.g. can see how many calls we have ongoing at that moment in time, and which of our operators is busy etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CloudTalk?

The interface is really easy to use and being able to use different numbers from different countries really help the communication to flow better with customers around the world. No option to mark agents as unavailable, SMS seems to only be able to send to existing contacts only. Better logs to show exactly miss calls and which agent may have let it ring out. Basically more features for admins Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
