What do you like best about CloudTalk?

The UI is very work-friendly, and the tag feature helps a lot with keeping track of issues across teams. The integration with Hubspot is also really helpful, making it easier to trace calls and revisit conversations. What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

What do you like best about CloudTalk?

What do you like best about CloudTalk?

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

I think they could have a line of mobile numbers, not just fixed numbers, because this makes a big difference especially here in Portugal. We have to make calls, and when we call and the user sees that it is a local call, fixed in the case with a fixed number, they have more difficulty answering than when we call directly from a phone. some of their reporting capabilities are lacking in logic like being able to specify the same time fram each day without covering the whole day for example 4-5 pm cst m-f but not before 3 pm or after 5 pm.

teams cti integration is not the best but has good features for what its worth

I love the great communication and support from CloutTalk team. They send useful information, ask how the experience is and follow-up quickly on problems and questions. Quite rare to see that.
