What do you like best about CloudCall?

CloudCall has the most efficient and polite techs and service providers. Every member of the CloudCall Team takes the time not to fix an issue but also explain why it occurred and how to avoid this in the future, and sometimes a quick fix that I can do on my side. Our team now utilizes soft phones, which is extremely important for those who travel and keep their personal information separate from work.

All our phone communications are on one bill.

What do you like best about CloudCall?

CloudCall allows me to make calls that instantly sync back into my CRM where most of my day to day activities exist. It is a easy to use tool that my team and I can track and source candidates quickly! Theres no fuss with this software! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudCall?

What do you like best about CloudCall?

That telephony systems are the future. Especially when using your work phone for whatsapp with clients, Cloud based technology makes my life seamless, and so much more productive. What do you like best about CloudCall?

It's so easy to make calls with the click to dial function and the fact that all my client information is right there in front of me makes it that much better. The amount of time being saved is awesome. So much time gets wasted doing admin tasks; now there is loads of things the users don't need to waste time manually doing. The idea of Bullhorn Integration is excellent, as is the caller ID function & ability to integrate notes, texts & emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our calls showed up as spam or scam calls, Calls & service dropped constantly, Outages were frequent, customer service was fragmented, headset issues were constant, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ensure ALL of your numbers aren't marked as spam. Check them regularly. Ensure you're prepared to have headset issues and also be prepared for frequent outages & dropped calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

CloudCall has a few features that help me in tracking mine and my teams daily work efforts, the recording feature has really helped with training purposes and tracking previous conversations.
