CloudCall has the most efficient and polite techs and service providers. Every member of the CloudCall Team takes the time not to fix an issue but also explain why it occurred and how to avoid this in the future, and sometimes a quick fix that I can do on my side. CloudCall allows me to make calls that instantly sync back into my CRM where most of my day to day activities exist. It is a easy to use tool that my team and I can track and source candidates quickly! Theres no fuss with this software! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's so easy to make calls with the click to dial function and the fact that all my client information is right there in front of me makes it that much better. The amount of time being saved is awesome. So much time gets wasted doing admin tasks; now there is loads of things the users don't need to waste time manually doing. CloudCall has a few features that help me in tracking mine and my teams daily work efforts, the recording feature has really helped with training purposes and tracking previous conversations.
