The flexibility CloudCall offers for remote-working is brilliant. Click-to-call is a game-changer for any business and the integration with our CRM that automates things our team does make a huge difference to efficiency and accuracy. CloudCall is great for keeping a birds-eye view on the team and lending a hand when it's needed. If you see a member of staff struggling on a call, you can listen in and send helpful messages if they want you to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cloudcall has allowed the business to listen into calls in real-time and link to the CRM - this has helped a great deal with a lot of our employees working from home in the last 18 months and will continue to do so going forward. The team at Cloudcall have always been accommodating when we were experiencing teething issues at the beginning, always taking the time to explain what was going on behind the scenes with our systems.
