What do you like best about Cloudapps Revenue Intelligence?

Working with CloudApps has been great! The sevice we recieve is excellent at making Salesforce more engaging to improve our commerical functions completion rates.

It's great how adaptive they are to our suggestions and it makes it very easy to work with them and use the product. The relationship with our CSM Alex is excellent and he's very receptive to our ideas and has made the whole process very smooth! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cloudapps Revenue Intelligence?

My two favorite things in CloudApp are GIF and editing capabilities. This allows me to quickly understand what I do and send it to my clients and brochures. I also didn't think I'd like the self-discharge feature, but when I try to quickly capture something for a colleague, it's great to be able to quickly paste the link into the clipboard and paste it into Slack. What do you dislike about Cloudapps Revenue Intelligence?

I really don't know what I don't like about CloudApp anymore. Reasonable price and expected very small errors (such as the need to repeat Zendisk integration often) mean that I have no complaints here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Knowingly try to use it more. Try to use it actively from the very beginning, it will help you create different situations and a good screenshot or recording can better guide your clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SuMo is secure, confidential and ensures no data loss on your instance of Salesforce. It is easy to get up and running, allowing the users to motivate and achieve success faster. It works seamlessly in integration with Salesforce making it simple, easy to use and do configuration actively. SuMo works instantly with any custom objects or fields you have added to Salesforce.

SuMo motivates my team members to follow up all leads more quickly and confidently, nurtures the best practices across and within the team(s). Before this I have to create and maintain word or excel sheets manually for all our actions driving our sales teams locally and globally to deliver more.

SuMo provides competitive healthy environment to train every user with intelligent prompts that accelerate performance. It keeps track of skill performance of all team(s). It is easy for both end user and administrators. It offers brilliant innovative ideas and suggestions on how to implement, succeed, and maintain the success momentum.

SuMo Motivate did an excellent job working with us to coordinate a fun and engaging program that met our specific goals. They went above and beyond to develop unique solutions and customizations to meet all of our requests rather than using the "out of the box" options. When it came time to launch, they did all the work for us, providing awesome and thorough launch presentation materials. Every detail was covered with minimal work on our end, which was wonderful!
