What do you like best about Close?

Close offers a very simple user interface that is pretty intuitive and requires little or no training to get started using the basic features. The startup support they do provide is very helpful, though, proceeding at the pace that we set and focusing on topics that we choose. Close seamlessly integrates with our email system and effortlessly organizes all customer-related communications in an easy-to-follow and understand fashion. As a former user of maybe the biggest player in the CRM space while at a former company, I can confidently say that I have gotten more value out of Close, even at a much more reasonable price point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Close?

Close offers a very interesting AI summarization tool, but that is only included in their top-tier offering, which is a significant jump in cost. That top tier comes with many other additional features that do not make sense for our particular small business. While we'd love the AI summarization tool, we cannot justify the major cost increase. I wish that Close offered the ability to add on specific features for a smaller cost rather than the all-or-nothing approach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, we had no centralized way of organizing our customer contacts, leads, opportunities and communications. Close has provided us a simple, easy to learn tool that solves all of those issues. Reports are easy to read and understand AND modify to meet each user's specific and unique needs. Close is set up so it naturally pulls all of the important things to the top of my Inbox at any time. What do you like best about Close?

Simplicity is most certainly the most helpful thing about Close. What you see is what you get and the developers behind this software have somehow found a way to give sales teams like mine everything they need without sparing the essentials like custom pipelines, manual contact entry, or even bulk contact entry and call monitoring. My personal favourite is the in depth analytics you get for calls that you make and the notes areas you can write in within each contact / lead. I mention this because previously we've used Google Docs to record manually the outcomes of each calls, now we can do it all in one place which is insanely convenient for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Close?

Takes a while to figure out how to create and customise your own pipelines but once you do it's all up hill from there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?

Primarily contacting clients and leads. Close manages to fill that gap extremely well. We can do what we need inside the software and have really little requirements for third parties platforms now. We do have our own which is an extremely specific use case. But, Close does things specifically for us that ours doesn't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Close?

From first glance I was sceptical about using Close CRM but now that I've had time to get familiar this is amazing!! Close feels like a sales CRM made by an actual sales team who knows what we want and how to do it. Opportunities, pipelines, email marketing, tracking, SMS and the A2P verification is insanely easy. Our sales team is integrating nicely and our leads are reengaging by the day.

The AI call summarizer is just what we needed as well as the live call monitoring. We record all our calls with third party software but having the notes summary is a massive weight off our shoulders. It notes things that some of our reps tend to miss. Dates, names, locations, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Close?

There's some lag between operator and lead on calls when the AI summarizer / note taker is on with call recording but with a decent internet connection it's not too bad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helping tremendously with sales analytics and call tracking. It's helping us stay on top of our KPIs and see where we need to make adjustments. We can either go by day, week, or month and right now we're split testing how often we measure our metrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Close?

What is the most helpful thing about close? ease, I can buy different numbers for different countries, states, and regions within a few clicks. I like how I can choose area codes to get specific cities and suburbs. This helps a lot because often times calls almost instantly become marked as spam on the caller id, when I can choose the area code, I can get real specific about where I am calling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Close?

There are a lot of options to choose from, I just don't use what I don't need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?

close helps me solve the issue of international lead gen. nz is so small you run out of your icp audience so fast. at least now I can get seen / heard in other countries for a fraction of the cost it would take to set things up myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Close?

Navigation. Close is very user friendly. I've used other CRMs in the past and Close actually makes sense. Everything is easy to find and it's easy to get the information you need> the Reports are easy to set up and give helpful insight to not only your day but your progress outlook long term. What do you dislike about Close?

in the 3 weeks using it I haven't found anything I wishj was different but stay tuned.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?

keeping track of my day/week has always been an issue for me Close solves that. I literally go in in the morning and all my tasks for the day are there waiting for me...throughout my day and can add to them with follow up reminders, email templates and phone calls all on one page. extremely helpful from the standpoint of working independently as an area manager Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Close?

They stripped out everything that isn't super important. This is a CRM for a sales team that wants to integrate email, phone, SMS and work QUICK. Entering a new lead takes seconds, updating a lead takes seconds. I've never seen a CRM do this! I'm moving from Zoho (which is VERY good, albeit slow slow slow). I wasn't using 1% of what Zoho offered, and Close gave me everything I need. Also, fast customer support when I need help! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Close?

I wish they intergrated fully with RingCentral (I understand why they don't, however). I wish the reporting was a little more robust and more customizable based on lead source and lead status. Also, they should implement AI into email replies, SMS and phone calls. I'm sure they will soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automating email/SMS/phone sales processes. Telling me what calls/emails/sms to send out manually each day. Making opportunities easy to track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Close?

First and foremost i love their powerdialer and overall telemarketing feature. In my opinion close is the best CRM in this department, adding to this is the easy customizability which enabled us to fit it exactly to our needs. To this date we were so far able to integrate it with every other software and even our offline touchpoints are now in close.

We use it daily and if we ever encountered a problem the customer support team quickly came up with solution to our Problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Close?

I would love some more native integration with other common sales channels, for example LinkedIn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our sales team relies heavily on using the phone in our sales funnel, and the auto dialer feature of Close really added some quality of life. Together with the smart views we are able to call exactly the leads we want to reach without much effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Close?

What I love most about Close is its intuitive and user-friendly interface. All important tasks are visible at a glance, making workflow management significantly easier. I especially appreciate the automatic reminders that notify me five minutes before each follow-up, ensuring I never miss an important lead.

Another standout feature is the seamless email integration. Sending emails to prospects is incredibly simple, and the ability to save templates and send them with just a few clicks saves valuable time.

What impresses me the most is the number of calls I can make in a day. Since using Close, my call volume has skyrocketed – it’s absolutely amazing!

Additionally, implementing Close into my daily workflow was incredibly smooth. The platform seamlessly integrates with other tools, making my workflow even more efficient. The ease of implementation is outstanding – even without extensive technical knowledge, Close can be set up and integrated into existing processes effortlessly.

On top of that, the Close support team deserves high praise. Whenever I have a question, I receive a prompt and helpful response, highlighting their excellent customer service.

Final verdict: Close has taken my productivity to the next level – a clear recommendation from me! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Close?

I have been using Close for about 10 months now in Sales. Like any software in the world, issues can arise, but what I can say is that the level of support has been excellent in such situations!

- The in-tool reporting is smooth & immediate,

- I always got fast answers by email and direct contact with the support team,

- Additionally, my company also has an account manager at Close, in case of bigger issues/escalations.

> At all times, we know we won't be left hanging which is very reassuring.

All of the above is also complemented by banners effectively visible on the software itself, whenever an issue is more globalised and worked on - here again, communication is key and if we know, it is already reassuring to read they're on it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Close?

More visibility on the leads from the tasks pannel, directly from the inbox, would an amazing improvement. Even better if it allows us to filter/order, so we can give priority to some tasks over others without having to enter the lead itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?

As per the previous summary, the level of support has been key. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
