Simply one of the best In-sighting tools to help mine Social Media Data - and structure it against any internal reference (be it related to Customer Care or Marketing or anything else) - while having a significant focus on both accuracy & scalability. At the same time, Clootrack requires minimal effort - since it has Unsupervised Learning at its core - which immensely reduces the turnaround time & in-process expedites the Tool readiness for the organization.
