It is the first port-of-call for understanding main category drivers, key sub-themes, and competitive performance of brands in the category. The fact that it is scraped and analysed by an automated, AI-driven process makes the findings objective and unbiased. It is also excellent for tracking trends in the category or effectiveness of initiatives by specific brands.
The new Tableau-based graphing capabilities allow quick presentation of key data, and the dashboard interface is easy to understand and use.

Clootrack has been very easy to use. The dashboards offer a variety of insights into the operations offered by our facilities of interest. We have been using Clootrack to understand customer service and reviews from many US facilities, and have found that we have been able to integrate reviews from places such as reddit, twitter and other social media websites. This has been great at allowing us to pinpoint areas to recommend changes. Customer support has been very useful at helping us edit the features we want displayed on the dashboard.
