What do you like best about Cloodot?

Cloodot offers a great system for employee performance monitoring and analysis of their online customer support activities. It has really done an amazing job in boosting our performance. What do you dislike about Cloodot?

I can’t think of what I don’t like in Cloodot. I recommend it to any small or large ventures who wants to make their online customer chats simple. The results are assured! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cloodot solving and how is that benefiting you?

It was painful even to think about assessing employees. We had to collect all the data, analyze them in detail and depend upon our judgment. Tracking our performance was even more difficult. Our desperate need for an insightful analysis of our performance was solved with Cloodot. Decision-making cannot be easier with the visualized data analysis they provide. They even give your custom reports with more details. The prospect of making timely and informed decisions does not worry me now as it had done before. What do you like best about Cloodot?

My favourite thing about Cloodot is its user-friendly experience. I’m so comfortable navigating through the windows, monitoring performances, and checking messages. The platform they provide is very neat and organized, making it effortless to find something. I never thought communicating with customers will be this much interesting and simple. Our customers have started to notice our improved interactions and we’re getting positive responses from them. The painful process of collecting customer feedback is all behind us now. What do you dislike about Cloodot?

Everything is fine. Even if there is any problem, they provide prompt support. So, it’s not even really a problem!

What problems is Cloodot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Managing chats on different social channels. We had to employ 5 agents. With Cloodot, only 2 agents are required. We were able to move the other 3 to another department for other tasks.

What do you like best about Cloodot?

The best thing about Cloodot is that it helps you to create fast resolutions. Our interaction quality is much higher with Cloodot. It has been a great help in answering queries pretty fast. No wonder our response rate automatically improved, especially with such user-friendly tools! It was generally very easy to set up. Responding to the queries timely was what troubled us most. We had trouble managing high chat volume from social media messengers and websites. That’s when the tools in Cloodot came in handy. What do you like best about Cloodot?

It’s fantastic how Cloodot handles our conversations and reviews on different platforms exceptionally well. The collaborative access to the platform has helped me to team up with all of my colleagues, creating a coordinated work output. Dividing the interactions into different sections, labeling them, and adding custom notes have redefined our work efficiency and promptness. The review management is perfect as well. Carrying out the whole work by engaging all of our team mates was challenging for us. We were not able to use our time more productively and efficiently because of the complexity involved in managing multiple onine channels. After we started using Cloodot, we saw that our response rate improved greatly. We no longer have confusions and miscommunications among the team members. What do you like best about Cloodot?

Definitely the all in one chat inbox. Facebook, google, whatsapp, texts, webchats, everything in one inbox. I don’t have to keep a gazillion chrome tabs open now. There is an option to see a channel wise splitup of how many chats im handling, how many are awaiting replies and so on. It really helps me improve myself. I had to jump between one app to another every now and then. Notifications coming in left and right from all those apps were driving me insane! I dont even wanna talk about those chrome tabs i had to open parallely. Even if I gave my 100 percentage I missed chats here and there. That’s how confusing everything was. What do you like best about Cloodot?

Cloodot changed the way we interacted with our customers. The responses became faster, and conversations became engaging with Cloodot. The quality of our services increased considerably after working on the feedback we received. Using media in conversations has made communication clear and engaging. Directing the potential customers and engaging with existing ones were the weaker areas for us. Cloodot proved to be the best option to work with these issues. We now convert more leads and have gained a lot of new customers. Engaging with the existing customers is also convenient as we have the option to label and store customer details. It has also eliminated confusion among the employees. Now, everybody perfectly knows what to work on and how to work on it. What do you like best about Cloodot?

The interface provided by Cloodot is very friendly and easy to use. We’ve been able to manage comments from customers and their feedback with absolute ease.
