It is inconvenient to go around other people's calendars to find good slots to propose meetings. Moving meetings or optimizing the agenda is also a tedious and time-consuming task.

Since using Clockwise this has become natural, simple and without too much effort.

With the right information Clockwise can really make the job of scheduling meetings easier, especially when you have a lot of them.

I use it every time I need to plan a meeting.

I've never felt the need for customer support services.

If other people are not using Clockwise the calendar optimization is obviously less efficient, especially for 1:1s.

If the request to find alternatives about changing a meeting goes on too long or the sentences are too articulate, Clockwise gets confused. I suggest easy and direct speech. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It builds in the focus time that I need, but that I find too cumbersome for me to consistently put in place myself. I like that the AI scheduler responds to changes in my calendar even before I do. I've found that it's positively impacted my productivity, and made my colleagues more sensitive when it comes to booking over pre-allocated time in my calendar too. The scheduling from Asana could be improved to help with task planning and time management. For example, If I could split up focus time for one large task more seamlessly;instead of creating multiple sub-tasks which are difficult to schedule sequentialy using the AI scheduler. There could also be an easier way to cancel auto events without them being re-created in my calendar (i.e. I often skip lunch, despite my best intentions to schedule it in). If I could add labels to focus time blocks more easily, that would be great too, as I use my focus blocks to fill in my timesheet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using clockwise for almost 2 years now and I can say it is one of the best platform to schedule your meetings, focus time and plan your day. There are various features that comes handy such as:

I don't dislike that it isn't there, but it would be super helpful to have the opportunity to change the availability hours for specific links. Clockwise holds spac efor me to focus and GSD every day. I've learned I can rely on it's amazing in Slack app summary of my day, lunch and after hours call out son Slack to my team members and ability to create swaths of deep focus time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would love if there were custom features, like I walk my dog every day in the afternoon & would love an option for that to not only pop up in my cal but also on Slack with a specific emoji. Implementing Clockwise for our team has been incredibly helpful for blocking large amounts of Focus Time for teammates to do their head down, deep work without interruption from meeting invites and interruptions. Very easy to use, automatically updates your slack stats based on your calendar while also providing daily stats about your schedule. The best feature is automatically scheduling lunch hours and meeting breaks for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I loved Clockwise when I first learned about it. It was exactly what I needed on my daily basis:

- easy to install

- sync with my Google Cal

- mute the noitifications when I'm in meetings

- auto-status when I'm OOO

- all the pros got killed once I realized that Clockwise can't read do all that when you are traveling and change time zones: I have 2 time zones in my Gcal, one primary another one secondary, I always keep my GCal time zones up to date and I expected Clockwise to sync with GCal, sadly it doesn't. It keeps clearing my "Do not clear" status in Slack, keeps changing my hours to "Late hours" while I'm on the opposite side of the world and it's morning for me. I tried to re-install, delete etc. I don't have time to do something that should be part of the intetegration.

Maybe that's only my case but I just can't bother. I realized that the more apps you have and the more bugs and imperfections you have - early days you'd care to figure out the technical side of things but when it's an efficiency/productivity app and it fails on such a fundamental issue - I just don't have any bandwidth to even try to solve for this, while I have other apps I need to battle with their bugs.
