The platform is not realistic for an open enrollment. Said they could add custom features, then told not possible. Simple things like triggering to add dependents if employee elects EE+Family. Allows employee to select dependent coverage when they do not even have dependents.

Plan for a lot of training, very long implementation and then a lot of wasted time when you realize you'll have to manually check everything once enrollment is closed.

Support and implementation does not have practical experience with benefits...often wondered if they've ever actually used an online enrollment platform. Just scripted knowledge.

HRConnection made signing up for employee benefits fast and user friendly. All of our staff utilized benefits enrollment even if it was to opt out of benefits.
