**What do you like best about Client Cloud?**

What I appreciate most is how it covers everything in one place. It’s easy to use, saves a lot of time, and comes with expert support whenever needed. Whether it’s managing policies, handling queries, or streamlining HR tasks, it makes the whole process much smoother and more efficient. Definitely a great tool for any HR team!

**What do you dislike about Client Cloud?**

Keka HRMS is useful, but there are a few areas that could improve. Customization options feel a bit limited, and sometimes the system runs slow or has minor glitches. Customer support is helpful but could be quicker in resolving issues. Integrating with some third-party tools isn’t always seamless. Overall, it works well, but there’s room for improvement.

**What problems is Client Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keka has really made a difference for us by simplifying a lot of HR tasks. It takes care of things like payroll, attendance, and employee management automatically, which saves us a lot of time and reduces mistakes. Having everything in one place makes it easier to stay organized, and the self-service features have been a huge time-saver for both HR and employees. Overall, it’s helped us work more efficiently and stay on top of everything.

**What do you like best about Client Cloud?**

The aim of the HR hotline, which is essentially a team of HR consultants, is to offer an employer the finest HR solution. They have a lot of experience handling staffing and recruitment-related issues.

**What do you dislike about Client Cloud?**

As such there are no complaints regarding their service. The services are really provided in three languages, namely English and French. I hope they will consider it and offer services in additional languages in the next years.

1) Their HR experts are fantastic and have more than ten years of expertise. 

2) They focus on employee well-being and disengagement and have incredible commitment and work ethics.

**What do you like best about Client Cloud?**

I really like the HR Hotline, especially now that we still have a pandemic; as an employee, any hr concern that we raise through the hr hotline will be addressed outright through the hotline, and you don't need to go to the site/office to avoid  being infected by the covid -19 virus.

**What do you dislike about Client Cloud?**

I think the only problem on the hotline was the busy line; though there were a lot of trunk lines, we still had to wait for our turn to be entertained by the HR Personnel assigned to the task.

**What problems is Client Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most relevant to this is the compensation and benefits that usually almost every day we encounter and need to resolve, like approval of their leaves,  filing to overtime etc.

HR hotline is basically a group of HR advisors and their aim is to provide the best HR solution to an organization. They are well versed in managing problems related to Staffing and Recruitment.

I don't have any complaints or issues with their service. But actually they offer services in three languages, majorly English and french. I hope in the upcoming years they will think of it and will provide services in other languages also.

Have not observed any cons for now but there can be more plan in terms of cost based on number of employees or services what they3 takes.

Face to face getting reviews from employee and I think thats best because companies don't have much resources on HR to interact with employees and address their concern.
Availability is another advantage..they3 are always available as name suggests, hotline, they can connect always.

**What do you like best about Client Cloud?**

Zywave makes it easy to stay compliant with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations, which is super handy for a multi-state employer. It's also easy to look up specific laws, best practices, sample policies, templates, etc.

**What do you dislike about Client Cloud?**

Recently I've been having technical difficulties accessing the site (getting an error when logging in), but this happens to all sites once in awhile, I wouldn't say it's anything super concerning, just an annoyance at this moment.

**What problems is Client Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supporting my clients with employees in multiple states can be a bit of a challenge due to the various laws (and don't even get me started on California!) but Zywave makes it easy for me to compare across states. It has also been very helpful for me throughout the pandemic, staying up-to-date on the most current mandates and guidelines, and obtaining templates for communications, policies, etc.

If you need any help or have any queries and you have to contact HR, then this tool will help you manage everything very smoothly. The employee don't have to hesitate to contact HR.

The most helpful thing about HR hotline is that they are always availble for your HR needs.

There isnt much about HR Hotline that i dislike. They are a good go to hotline if you need anything HR.

Serves as an extension to the HR Department of the clients which helps in reducing their administrative burden. Clients receive guidance from experienced professionals having experience of more than 15 years.

Currently they have a very limited market presence. 
This also limits the advisory role of the company as the HR policies and rules vary from one country to another.

At times the startups lack sufficient HR resources and guidance which hampers their work. HR hotline is a one stop resources for all such firms which need guidance and support on specific areas.

The technologies they acquire can be helpful for an agency to grow. They have a large variety of options that an agency can choose from. When used consistently with an internal champion, you could see some ROI from the investment made in their solutions.

The customer service isn't the best. We've had several account managers and they seem to not really know the product, or follow up in a timely manner. They also struggle to help us understand when and how to maximize the technologies we purchase.

Client cloud is a nice way to keep in front of your clients in a professional, polished, helpful way. They have a lot of resources and different useful topics.

**What do you dislike about Client Cloud?**

Zywave is very cost-prohibitive. They get you into long contracts that are impossible to break, and the billing department is not helpful. We don't use the portal as much as we should, for how much we spend. I will probably discontinue our contract when it is over.

Make sure you really know what you want before signing a contract because they WILL NOT let you out.

Clients often have a specific question either relating to safety or training, to which Zywave almost always has an answer.

Our company uses it to make our annual elections and to review information about our insurance plans.

It takes a lot of time when I have to go back to the employee list every time to view another employee's profile.  It would take less time if I could use back and forward arrows between employees.

All the information for our insurance plans is available on one website.

It's hard to find something I dislike, but if I had to say something ... if you create a WRAP, then change an insurance carrier's contact information in the software, the existing WRAP is automatically updated with the new contact information, and the WRAP is marked as if it has not been finalized yet because of the change

We are able to quickly create ERISA-compliant documents in-house, without waiting on a third party

**What do you like best about Client Cloud?**

Best thing is that I can check my whole data and can configure in case of time off, health benefits and enroll as well.
An employee can check their login and log out time and can manage their all HR related issues. Here we can enjoy client support throughout and also can track vacation.

**What do you dislike about Client Cloud?**

Less to dislike but one thing I can think of that we need to check everything manually if it goes offline or enroll get closed. They need to fix little bugging issues otherwise it is good.

**Recommendations to others considering Client Cloud:**

A person can think of using HRConnections and also can take a training to understand its module thoroughly. Although it is easy to use, but one can face troubles while searching for information.

It is very easy to maintain all HR activities through this. Onboarding of an employee their timings, leaves, salary everything could be easily managed. Client support is very helpful as well.

**What do you like best about Client Cloud?**

The cost didn't go by PEPM, but rather a flat fee.

**What do you dislike about Client Cloud?**

The platform is not realistic for an open enrollment. Said they could add custom features, then told not possible. Simple things like triggering to add dependents if employee elects EE+Family. Allows employee to select dependent coverage when they do not even have dependents.
Plan for a lot of training, very long implementation and then a lot of wasted time when you realize you'll have to manually check everything once enrollment is closed.
Support and implementation does not have practical experience with benefits...often wondered if they've ever actually used an online enrollment platform.  Just scripted knowledge.

Would highly recommend gathering some other platform recommendations from your carriers. This platform will leave you with egg on your face with clients.

**Recommendations to others considering Client Cloud:**

Keep looking - do not top here!  Sounds great, but sales team is not forthcoming.  Do not do business with any company unless they can answer and prove they have at least some of the basic understandings of insurance products.  We were sold on the all-in-one and that they would work with us if we found something wasn't available.  Took 8 months to get through the training (not very flexible options here for a working broker) and then when it came to go live and do final walk through.  Figured out a lot of the quirks/bugs/errors were just there and nothing anyone could do about it.  What about the customization, support, etc???  Had several conference calls with someone new every time - last person was knowledgeable with HRconnection...still not a single person with insurance enrollment experience.  I guess just their sales team has some knowledge.  
Their HR library is pretty good, but overall this is heavily geared at growing your business.  If you just need an HR library, would probably do a good job.  If your're an established broker just looking to have another online enrollment platforms included with your library...look at a few your broker recommends.  Plus your carriers will help pay for the cost!

The ability to offer online enrollment to  groups under 100, if it worked.  
Had to abandon, as it would have been a complete wreck for admin team and client. Onboarding employees and administration seemed to work fine, but benefit enrollment is not applicable.

HRConnection made signing up for employee benefits fast and user friendly. All of our staff utilized benefits enrollment even if it was to opt out of benefits. It is so easy and confidentially saves your information year after year. Very convenient and beneficial. 

**What do you dislike about Client Cloud?**

Staff does not use the system often enough to remember log in information. Staff also forgets that it can be used as a great tool throughout the year.

There is less in  house manual labor. Employees find it much more manageable than any other system or manual tracking , training and submitting benefit decisions.

Love that I can go online and do my health benefits enrollment and look up answers to questions without having to utilize our HR department.  In turn, we can recommend this product to our Employee Benefit Clients, as a service.

Honestly, there is not much that I dislike.  Probably the hardest thing for me is knowing where to find the information.

Highly recommend- huge time saver

By using HR Connection, as an employee I can request time off, enroll or change my benefits and answer most questions myself.  As an insurance agent, we can help the HR departments of our clients streamline their processes by using HR Connection.  Therefore we have become a valuable partner, not just a salesperson.  Easier to earn and easier to retain business.

Could make certain features more aesthetically pleasing (larger, more color icons).

You know how Open Enrollment is usually a time-consuming pain?...This makes open enrollment a breeze!

Allowed our company to do Open Enrollment 100% online for the first time ever, with zero lapses in coverage...for employees who are not only remote and in other states, but also in other countries!

It allows us to enroll in benefits pretty easily and painlessly.

I wish it was better integrated with our other benefits platforms so we wouldn’t have to deal with multiple logins.

**What do you like best about Client Cloud?**

Data entries are sent directly to my benefits broker but as a company we're too small to do a direct feed to the carriers.

**What do you dislike about Client Cloud?**

Interface can be a little clunky. They really need a general search bar to type an employee's name to go to their profile without having to manually find them in the application. 

**Recommendations to others considering Client Cloud:**

It's great for small companies needing a free software for an HR portal and benefit admin., Disclosure: this software was free through our broker.

**What problems is Client Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We really only use it for benefit admin, and for that purpose it has been just fine.

I like the visibility into all of your health care benefits, allowing you easy access to see your coverages.

**What do you dislike about Client Cloud?**

Perhaps it's just our company, but the formatting of the information on the website is an eye sore. Better flexibility with how the information is displayed would be a plus.

**What problems is Client Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a single resource to see all of our company benefits, wellness programs, information, etc. is great. Helps to keep things organized!
