"Powerful All-in-One Workspace, but Steep Learning Curve"
4/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

"What I value most is the platform's versatility. The UI/UX is highly flexible, allowing us to seamlessly switch between List, Board, and Gantt views, which has effectively centralized our entire workflow and eliminated the need for external spreadsheets. Performance is consistently solid, and the integrations with our existing tech stack function smoothly.

While the initial setup does require a learning period, the ROI is clear due to the consolidation of tasks and powerful automation features. Furthermore, the integration of AI tools has been a great addition, significantly streamlining our documentation and project status summaries compared to other solutions we've used. What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The platform’s depth can be a double-edged sword; the steep learning curve and cluttered interface can overwhelm new users, leading to inconsistent setups. I’ve also experienced occasional latency when loading complex dashboards, which can hinder productivity. A more streamlined onboarding process for advanced features would significantly improve the user experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The all-in-one workspace"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

For me, the best part is having everything in one place. Rather than bouncing between different apps for tasks, docs, and team collaboration, ClickUp lets me manage it all under one roof. It cuts down on digital clutter and helps me stay focused, and definitely the flexibility. It doesn't force you into a specific workflow; instead, it adapts to how you want to organize your projects, which makes tracking daily progress super smooth. What do you dislike about ClickUp?

If I’m being honest, the learning curve can feel a bit steep at first. With so many features and customization options, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed when you’re just getting started or trying to onboard the rest of the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI-Powered Productivity Revolution in ClickUp"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I love how ClickUp solves pretty much everything for me, from mundane tasks to recurring projects and reminders. I'm so in love with their AI notetaker and ClickUp Brain; they are such a blessing. The AI Agents are fantastic, acting like other apps but native to ClickUp, which is very useful. I created agents with specific tasks, follow-ups, and updates on my knowledge base, making everything so much easier. I use these AI agents to help with reporting, overseeing operations, projects, and movements, which is incredibly helpful. ClickUp University made the setup process miles easier. I am so happy that I can get reports with just a simple prompt instead of doing everything manually like before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

I would like to see a live company that uses ClickUp Chat. It's older than ClickUp Brain and AI Agents however, it's not as maximized and I would like to get better insights about that as even I myself, only use ClickUp chat for my AI Agents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile Features with a Steep Learning Curve"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I like that ClickUp makes my workplace more customizable, which is mainly why I keep coming back to it after trying other project management tools. The time tracking feature has been useful for me in understanding where time goes, especially on longer projects. I've also experimented with whiteboards for planning ideas before turning them into tasks, which makes the transition from brainstorming to execution much smoother. Once I got the hang of it, the extensive features helped me stay organized and reduce the time I spend switching between different apps due to its automation. Despite an initial learning curve, once things are organized the way I want them, ClickUp becomes a very capable platform overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The only downside is that the number of features can feel overwhelming at first. But there is definitely a learning curve and after that it's smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Standardized Project Structure with Clear Dashboards and Azure DevOps Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like best is having a single, standardized structure for all projects — Charter, Phases, RAID, Change Requests and Lessons Learned in one place. It gives real visibility across projects, makes reporting on KPIs like OTD much easier, and the dashboards, custom fields and Azure DevOps integration are clear improvements over what we had before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The main downside is the two-level folder hierarchy limit, which forces workarounds when organizing projects inside program folders. Permissions are also restrictive — regular users can't create their own Spaces, so everything depends on an admin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The perfect operational backbone for scaling complex workflows"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What catches our attention the most is how easily we can customize the environment to match our specific workflow, combined with an incredibly smooth user experience for the entire team. Before adopting ClickUp, our information was scattered across multiple single-purpose applications, which naturally created silos and slowed down our decision-making.

By bringing everything into one place, we were able to eliminate several other tools and completely streamline our knowledge management. It has made a significant difference in how our team accesses data, handles client projects, and maintains high standards without the usual friction of jumping between different platforms. What do you dislike about ClickUp?

While the platform delivers incredible value, the pricing model presents a real hurdle for growing businesses operating in international markets. Needing to pay in US dollars means that exchange rate fluctuations directly impact our software budget, and currency conversion to Brazilian Real significantly amplifies the overall operational expense.

Additionally, the licensing cost for the native artificial intelligence features feels disproportionately high compared to the core platform packages. For teams looking to leverage AI extensively to optimize legal and operational workflows, these steep add-on fees scale up quickly, which makes full adoption less practical than it should be for businesses in expansion. "Modern UI, Smooth Integrations, and Top-Notch Support"
4/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

The UI feels modern, and they run frequent sprints based on their request board. They integrate with many of the apps we already use, which has made it easy to fit into our workflow. Overall, it’s a solid product, and our team has adopted it well. Their support team is top notch, and they’re also making strides with the AI component of the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The Chrome web extension is really poor and needs work. Sometimes unexplained bugs arise, especially on desktop and mitigation takes a while, given their massive roadmap. I also would like to see the chat functionality improve and separation between notifications for chats vs task notifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Complete, scalable tool with great features even in the basic plans"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I believe that because it is very comprehensive, and you can use a good part of the tools in basic plans, being able to scale the subscription as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Since it is a complex tool, some updates take time to arrive. For example, the table tool has always been problematic; you couldn't search within tables created in text documents or even convert them efficiently.

Another issue is the AI, which, besides having a high cost, doesn't necessarily solve your problems, but this is a general market trend. Unfortunately, companies bet on AI as something magical, but the cost of training them is very high for something that is not yours for life. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Always improving"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like most about ClickUp is that the platform keeps improving its UI and overall user experience almost every month. The interface feels modern and is generally easy to navigate, although it can occasionally be a bit hard to locate certain features after they’ve been moved or reorganized.

ClickUp has also been very reliable for me and is consistently available whenever I need it. The pricing is competitive, and I feel it offers solid value for the set of features that are included.

Customer service is another major strength. My interactions with the support and onboarding teams have been very positive, and they’ve been helpful any time I’ve needed assistance.

I haven’t used the integrations or AI features yet, so I can’t comment on those areas at this point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

What I dislike most is that, because ClickUp updates and improves the UI frequently, it can sometimes be difficult to find features after they have been moved or reorganized. Although I appreciate the continuous improvements, the changes can disrupt established workflows.

For example, I upload images frequently. Previously, I could access the image upload option with one click, but now it requires two clicks. It may seem like a small change, but when you use the feature regularly, the additional step becomes noticeable and makes the workflow less efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible for Any Industry Without Feeling Overwhelming"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I like the flexibility, I can use it for any business, department, personal no matter the industry. It is so flexible yet not overwhelming with options like others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

I am not a fan of the cluttered view, a more basic view I would enjoy more specially after I am done setting up all I need, having access to all the settings and what not takes away from my operation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
