As a CEO managing multiple media initiatives and a training academy, ClickUp has become my go-to platform for keeping everything aligned. I use it to manage editorial workflows, automate routine tasks, run CRM pipelines for client outreach, and even track progress on educational courses. The versatility is unmatched.

What I love most is the level of customization — from nested subtasks and dashboards to automations and forms. It allows me to build systems that fit the unique needs of both nonprofit projects and commercial services.

I’d love to see even more native integrations for Ukrainian tools and better offline mobile capabilities, but overall, ClickUp helps me save time, reduce stress, and focus on strategic growth.

I’ve been using ClickUp for over two years now and I’m in love with it. My employer had a workflow set up when I joined, and it was easy to tweak it as and when things changed.

I’m also a big fan of ClickUp Brain, it’s so helpful and easy to use! Best part is that it’s everywhere and looks aesthetic too. I also like ClickUp Brain MAX. ClickUp's task dependency and automation features stand out most. I appreciate how easily I can map out dependencies between testing tasks, bugs, and development stories, clearly visualising our workflow. The automation of repetitive actions like automatically assigning tasks or updating statuses when test results change, saves substantial time and reduces manual effort, keeping our testing and development cycles tightly coordinated and efficient.

I like that it has the ability to keep things on course and organized. I also like that I can easily get help if I need it. I like that it can integrate with numerous other software to further make things simple for my business. Once it is set up for my business, i like how easy it is to use for me and my staff, I also like that I can log in each day and see what tasks I have, and my assistant can also see each day what has been assigned to him. ClickUp delivers exactly what it promises, being a truly all-in-one tool to manage everything I need. It integrates with most of the other tools that my clients use and it's a daily necessity for many years now.

Even in regards of personal tasks, it helps me having everything on the track and it's fairly simple to implement.

The most unique and greatest effect it has in my life is that I do not have to worry (never again) with minor (or major) subjects being lost because whenever I have an idea I can simply map it on ClickUp (with tasks or reminders) and it's guaranteed that it will be safe!

To be honest, most of the time that I dislike something, the support and development team work on fixing it!
