The communications regarding work orders allow all staff to see progress, items on hold, comments for additional needs that pertain to a w/o along with all the other tracking items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The application still requires some ease of use for moderators. Being able to attach multiple assets will allow for inspection/audit costs when having an entire building inspected that may contain several boilers/mua's etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how easy it is to use. I have loved each person I have worked with through the entire process. They have been so supportive and patient with me. The "requesters" have started using Click Maint with no complaints at all. They all say wow that is so easy. That is what I wanted to hear. I was tired of them not likeing the old system and refusing to use it. Click Maint has saved my world! I love how easy the entire intergration process was from the old system to Click maint. We use Click Maint to help manage work orders, repairs and scheduled maintenance for our office building. The software helps us stay on top of work and keep organized. It helps us to stay on top of scheduled preventive maintenance, equipment warranties, contractors and repairs and costs. A great feature is that we get notifications when maintenance is required. The mobile app is very easy to use especially on the go. There are nothing but good things to say about Click Maint: easy to use, easy to set up, and affordable. The strong reporting modual is fantatic and something we were looking for in a CMMS. As a strata hotel, we have to keep a close eye on maintance costs and this reporting helps us do just that with efficiency and ease. Easily create, assign, and track work orders. Click Maint systems allow for detailed descriptions, priority settings and progress tracking. Also able to upload photos! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was using another program when they decided to double their price, Causing me to look around. Cound Click Maint and their customer service was very friendly and helpful. Even during the free trial the customer service was exceptional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Click Maint has been great so far. We use the software for managing work orders and requests, and have started using the scheduled maintenance and recurring work orders. Before using Click Maint we were managing all work via email and spreadsheets. We quickly outgrew that approach. A lot of work was getting missed and it took a lot of effort to communicate and reconcile issues.
As mentioned, Click Maint has been great. We looked at 2 other work order softwares and Click Maint was easier to use, had everything we needed and the price was significantly less that the other 2 we looked at. This software works great for building maintenance work order managmenet. The desktop web version is great and the mobile app works awesome as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
