I love how easy to use the dashboard is, being able to filter by partner, service line, even survey year to compare year over year responses. I also love that we are able to boast the Best of Accounting award.
Everything is easily exportable into excel or PDF, and the reports are beautifully pre-compiled by partner or brand.

I wish there were more customization options for our Firm's profile page, as well as branding/color options for the reports. There is an annual fee. Some may find it expensive given that there are less expensive survey software options out there. But ClearlyRated is not just a survey tool. For us, it really highlights our industry expertise and it is a recognized, third party, statistically-valid survey that is respected in our industry. As a result it has demonstrated good ROI. The product could use considerable improvement. I do know that there are items on their roadmap that are currently in the process of being implemented (such as integrations and data analysis), and I'm looking forward to those improvements. While the product itself is fairly simple and straightforward, it lacks quite a bit of depth that is required due to the sheer amount of data it's collecting and storing. I'd really like to see some improvements around categorization of open ended feedback, more analyitcal charts & graphs, and a "how-to" guide on how best to use the data each firm captures. ClearlyRated is a great tool to get feedback from both our Clients and Consultants that we put to work that is very easy to use. It doesn't take a lot of time to implement, as they have predefined survey questions that you can use, but we love that we can completely customize our survey questions as well. One of the things that we like best about the tool is the badges for the 'Best of Staffing' awards that we can share on our website and social media. We also like the ClearlyRated profile page, which helps to give us more exposure in Google search results and helps to promote our brand. I also cannot say enough good things about the customer support that we receive from our Customer Success Manager. The only challenge we have with ClearlyRated is finding the time to pull the contact list together and have our internal team promote the survey to ensure we get our targeted response rate. ClearlyRated has options available though that can help automate this process, so it is something we might look to explore in the future if we want to increase the frequency of our ClearlyRated surveys. The ClearlyRated team has been beyond helpful since I started working with them regarding our two main customer survey programs in 2012. They have excellent communication, go "above and beyond" with customer service, have participated in internal presentations and helped troubleshoot the majority of our requests! The Account Manager and Product teams are VERY responsive to questions and requests. They take the time to listen, ask for feedback, and use those suggestions to make real changes that makes the user experience better. My Account Manager is always looking at our data to find potential issues or make suggestions for improvement. The site is easy to use and offers multiple reports so that the data collected can be easily shared and analyzed. Not only for current state processes, but greatly for the purposes of ongoing process improvement intitatives. Clearly Rated helps us get this in a structured , efficient, fair and secure way. To top it off, their client account managers - Specifically ours - Zita Flaherty is extremely helpful and supportive.
