As for the first time user it been little hard to get that but if you already used to about Service -Now then thereis no problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Manage the User entitlement and access through a very easy UI and very easy to configure and create different review types/cycles Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The app did not had the role based access earlier however with the new upgrade they have added it in the system and is very beneficial for onboarding users in the system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
