The interface is one of the greatest sides of the product that helps to feel like it has been 5 years using the software. We majorly manage our email campaigns. Data exporting is working greatly that we can use the reporting that our board can monitor the processes in our business and sales. We also manage our social marketing channels effectively however, our email marketing is our priority, and these two work perfectly. Besides, a drip campaign is another great feature that we enjoy using. In-person and video training are not available which is preferable from point of our view as our team favors getting in-person training for using the software more effectively. Besides. having no option of windows desktop version could be a downside that it could be great if we could get the desktop version. The price is quite high in contrast to other products in the marketplace. Customer service is pain that the channels that the software offers to the customers are quite limited and inefficient. Having no Help Desk, FAQ, Phone support and Chat is a major issue in this time that the companies would need to get help in case of face problems while implementing.
