The customer support is excellent, and with a great support site and knowledge base it is easy to produce and use the system.
My personal favourites are an integrated LMS with SCORM functionality a well designed Knowledge Base and a simple document system for PDF's to publish information.
Permisssions and newsfeed makes it a very complete eco-system for most of our information, from QM to LMS all over to information sharing.

The scope and number of features is immense. We are replacing our old intranet and our document archive in Sharepoint with them. With every solution you can see that someone has put a lot of thought into it and that there is many years of experience behind it. The basic implementation is simple. It takes a little longer to use the more complex features. But there is no other way, because with the extensive configuration and setting options you can map a lot of requirements and achieve process improvements. the customer support is the best support, i ever got from a software provider: fast, comprehensive, quick comprehension of the addressed problem and high problem-solving competence. The main benefits of Claromentis are that you can really build in a one-stop shop for Retail Staff. We had the need of combining our LMS, knowledge base and ticketing system all in one and this worked out perfectly for us.
The ticketing system is highly adaptable and can be used for so many different use cases, such as first-line support, information gathering or as a simple order form.
The knowledge base is a great feature for storing process & procedures, as it has a built-in functionality which allows you to write your content in system, rather than uploading PDF documents. This allows for easy editing and consistency in templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The mobile app feature needs some improvements to work seamlessly with desktop design and the LMS system sync to scorm packages can also be more smooth (this is quite technical). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have been using Claromentis for 7 years and we have been really happy with the service provided. The intranet is easy to use and has a lot of features. The cost was very reasonable in comparison to similar products. The customer service team always offered reactive support and ensured our satisfaction was reached and the communication was very transparent. The cloud-hosted platform was always very reliable, with no down-times. There is not much I disliked about it. One thing that sometimes held us back from upgrading to the latest version is that we requested a high level of customisation which became difficult to carry over the new versions. In the end it required a bit more preparation before the upgrades, but Claromentis' team always came with solution. Some features could also benefit of being optimised, but nothing major. Claromentis has given us a great platform to keep our advocates connected. Especially during the drive to remote work during the pandemic, the need for a central point of information was greater than ever. Claromentis worked with us to help scale to rapidly increasing user counts. The news platforms and sliders make it easy to post news to various targeted audiences and keep them up to date. While the support team is great, the time selections for meetings can feel a little limiting in some cases due to the majority of support being UK based, while we are in the US. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Great care was taken in getting us setup for success during implementation. We wouldn't have had such a successful launch without all the support we received from initial demo, to discovery, to training on the platform, to build and finally to go live. Jasmine was fantastic in helping us with and through all of this.
- Customer Support has been amazing in giving us timely solutions to our issues, as well as direction when we are unsure how to approach an issue.
- Claromentis is so easy to use that with a little training, we now have several employees in HR and Finance regularly publishing their own content. That was not an option with our previous Intranet!
- We've been live over a year now, and the response has been overwhelmingly positive. The Intranet Team received praise from many different departments for implementing Claromentis. It has modernized the internal face of our County, made our intranet actually useful (as evidenced by increased daily usage) and allowed departments more control and ownership over their own content.
- Top main page content people like: photo slideshow, "Say Thank-you", "News" as well as widgets that automatically feature new employees and employee anniversaries.
- Supports Active Directory sync for automatic creation of users and assignment to departments.

I have no complaints about the digital workplace or my time with Jasmine at all. If I had to gripe about something it would be the accountant who isn't very tactful in her communications. Other than her, everyone is wonderful to work with and the process has been easy, customer service has been amazing and the features are pretty much endless. They thought of everything! Being one of the smaller Intranet providers we looked at, Claromentis provide a refreshingh approach and from the initial engegament have been very attentive to our requirements. The onboarding process was very smooth, and our personal implementation expert has been amazing to work with. Claromentis really modernized our intranet by turning it into a one-stop-shop portal for our employees to use on a regular basis. It was also one of the VERY FEW products that allowed us to host our own site on-premises without charging us MORE to use our own hardware. We like how easy it is to create a department page that is customized to their needs, and how simple it is for them to share their own documents and info. We especially love the InfoCapture module, which allows you to easily build and automate complex workflows and business processes. Customer support could not be better - addressing each of our questions in a timely manner and being intentional and responsive about considering our feedback.
