The time it takes to hear back on a press release proof is much longer than it used to be. It can take several hours for us to see a first draft of the release proof, and we often have to send edits. This makes our team more likely to surpass the proofing process, but this often results in releases out on the wire that have minor typos. It would be great if we could hear back from the team on proofs in the time we used to or somewhat closed to that (~1 hour). The email distribution is a little clunky. We are not able to incorporate images into the body of the release, so put images on our website and link to them from the release. Not a deal breaker, just something we had to adjust to when we upgraded. We use PRWeb for some releases, not sure we are getting the distribution we'd like there, but as a small organization is the most affordable.
