The Online Member Centre is easy to navigate; for new team members, it's a simple system to learn how to upload a press release. We don't tend to use any competitors as we find Cision to be the most reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The time it takes to hear back on a press release proof is much longer than it used to be. It can take several hours for us to see a first draft of the release proof, and we often have to send edits. This makes our team more likely to surpass the proofing process, but this often results in releases out on the wire that have minor typos. It would be great if we could hear back from the team on proofs in the time we used to or somewhat closed to that (~1 hour). The platform is easy to use for the most part. We use the distribution lists, which are very helpful to reach our target audiences. The customer service is great. We have a very good account rep who responds quickly and gets answers to our questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The email distribution is a little clunky. We are not able to incorporate images into the body of the release, so put images on our website and link to them from the release. Not a deal breaker, just something we had to adjust to when we upgraded. We use PRWeb for some releases, not sure we are getting the distribution we'd like there, but as a small organization is the most affordable.
