"Quite Simple to Use Once You Get the Hang of It"

What do you like best about CisionOne?

Once you practive it, it is quite simple to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CisionOne?

The chatbot always need to be bypassed to have a human because or else the issue is never solved.

The tool from Cision does not have all the media and thus paywalls often block the system... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Beneficial, but still needs some work"

What do you like best about CisionOne?

It is easy to pull streams and update booleans Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CisionOne?

The new dashboard update is not great, and I actually think it is harder to read the analytics with multiple streams included than the previous update Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use and Excellent Onboarding with CisionOne"

What do you like best about CisionOne?

So far, we're having a great experience with CisionOne! I'm super impressed with how easy it is to use, and the implementation process was top-notch. "Powerful, All-in-One PR Platform"

I appreciate that CisionOne makes it easy to find relevant media contacts to connect with and pitch our stories. The analytics and dashboards are highly useful for quantifying the impact of our media campaigns. Additionally, the staff was helpful during setup, which eased the transition.
