What do you like best about Chronus?

Chronus is good at ease of use. The screens are intuitive and easy to follow. The customer success team is good at responding to our questions and attending our regular status meetings. The dashboards and informatics are very nice and show the progression of the program's impact. The mentor/mentee matching structure is very good. The customizable fields and reports are good. What do you dislike about Chronus?

There are a few things that I should get more information about before answering this, but I think that it is a bit confusing with the tracks and where the tracks need to be the same/aligned with other and where they can be different. I see that Chronus acquired Imperative. I just went through setting up a profile and can see that they start out with assessing my purpose which I assume is used to match me with a mentor. Simple and intuitive design of the platform.

What do you like best about Chronus?

What do you like best about Chronus?

It's a great way to centralize and coordinate a mentoring or similar program. Customer support has been helpful. Great surveying capabilites and customization, plus integration with Slack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Chronus?

The Chronus platform is nimble and accessible to organizations of all sizes. As a small, legal organization, we have been able to create a tailored mentoring experience for our users with ease of use for them and for us as administrators. What do you like best about Chronus?

The Chronus mentorship software is user-friendly for both the administrator and the end-users. The system is designed to facilitate the mentor relationship by providing automated prompts, email campaigns, surveys and reports generated by the system. It takes a heavy lift off the administrator. Regarding the initial build-out, the program is easy to brand and customize. The reporting and analytics generated by the system are informative and educate the administrators on the interest and needs of the participants. The support team members were knowledgeable, accessible, and friendly. Very sophisticated software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
