## ChiroTouch Reviews
  ### 1. Could be great

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Practice | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2017

**What do you like best about ChiroTouch?**

I like that everything is in one spot. On our old software we have to do everything on multiple programs and then print and put in a hard chart. With this one it is electronic and it seems to make it faster. It has options for all the documentation we need and it is on the cloud.

**What do you dislike about ChiroTouch?**

It does not work half the time. We have such trouble keeping it running and getting it up and running. The customer service is also terrible. We have to put in so many tickets and they say we will get to it eventually or not at all. It seems like they also have no idea what they are doing.

**Recommendations to others considering ChiroTouch:**

They need to up their customer service and provide better quality product. They need to continue to improve their software and make updates that will help not hinder us. They need to test out the updates before they go live.

**What problems is ChiroTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can use it for all our offices in different states and see it from where we are located. It is nice to be able to remotely log in. It also offers nice combinations of medical, clinical, and administrative functions. I wish they were tied together a little better but it is not bad.

  ### 2. Makes working with Salesforce more efficient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2018

**What do you like best about ChiroTouch?**

I like the flexibility of the product to configure it to my needs. Their support team is excellent.

**What do you dislike about ChiroTouch?**

There is nothing I can think of at the moment.

**What problems is ChiroTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was looking for a way to update Salesforce from Outlook, so I didn't have to re-enter data. SmartCloud has made this process much more efficient, eliminating the back and forth between applications.

  ### 3. Chirotouch

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer R. | Independent Distributor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2018

**What do you like best about ChiroTouch?**

What we like best is how user friendly the software is. The information you need is at your fingertips!

**What do you dislike about ChiroTouch?**

The patient sign in needs to be redone. Its very confusing for a patient to click the "finish" butyon Hyatt not be finished and fully signed in until they select "done". Finished should mean finished.

**What problems is ChiroTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of scheduling and keeping track of patient visits with CT has solved or issues of patients going over their visits or missing their re-exams

  ### 4. Good program for electronic health records

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alyssa T. | Research Assistant, Higher Education, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2018

**What do you like best about ChiroTouch?**

SmartCloud is easy to navigate and very user friendly. The students at our University use it to familiarize themselves with electronic health records and to track their patient encounters.

**What do you dislike about ChiroTouch?**

There are many unnecessary functions that clog up the screen. The program requires the user to pay for additional functions (i.e. medication list), which can be surpassed by including it in the freeform tabs. The system at our school often crashes, and it can be frustratingly slow somedays.

**What problems is ChiroTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SmartCloud is convenient for our University and tracks our patient interactions at all of our clinic locations.

  ### 5. Good program but UI is low in aesthetics and userfriendliness, and no use in external marketing

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 05, 2017

**What do you like best about ChiroTouch?**

I like that it has an iPad program, and that we can communicate with other providers securely. I also like that notes can be signed and published on an iPad. I also like that there is ability to review all the notes for a patient easily in a tab. There is customizability in the program for adjustments, technique types, and exams. I also like there is continuing education that is offered, helping me make my practice better, make my business better, and help me solve problems outside of EHR and billing.

**What do you dislike about ChiroTouch?**

I don't like that I can't transfer Dx codes to a new case. I don't like that I can't search all ICD 10 codes. I don't like that I cannot create accounts for external marketing, tracking, pipelining, etc. similar to that of a CRM software. I would like if on the iPad app, I could view past days as a whole, with the list of patients who have checked out already there. If I get behind on my notes from a busy day and I need to run out the door, I am forced to go back into each patient's profile and select the visit individually, rather than being able to view the day in the past and SOAP my patient's notes as a whole day. I would also like a CRM software to help me manage external marketing prospects who are not necessarily current patients. CRM software helps businesses manage accounts and having something like this to help me manage my community contacts would be helpful. This would truly make ChiroTouch a complete software system package. There are ways to do this through Excel, but it is time consuming to set it up.

**Recommendations to others considering ChiroTouch:**

Probably a good decision to go with Chirotouch.

**What problems is ChiroTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customization, programming, button structures.

  ### 6. Great serivce, for the cost

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2017

**What do you like best about ChiroTouch?**

We love how seamlessly it helps our office run. We have tried most of the applications they offer and we end up purchasing them all because of how much they help our office run.

**What do you dislike about ChiroTouch?**

There aren't too many things we dislike, the cost is high so there is that. It could be more affordable, but they are really charging for what you get.
I dont like that we have down time we have updates.

**Recommendations to others considering ChiroTouch:**

Chirotouch is constantly improving and thats a part of why we enjoy the software, is that its always getting better.

**What problems is ChiroTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chirotouch does everything, front and back of house. We use to to check people in, send codes, send out insurance, check out patients. Scheduling, emails, billing. chirotouch does it all!

  ### 7. Over all its helpful

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Magen A. | Front Desk Administrator, Health, Wellness and Fitness, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2018

**What do you like best about ChiroTouch?**

Quick buttons to allow us to select common issues or charges.

**What do you dislike about ChiroTouch?**

It glitches pretty often making work hard at times since everything we do is through ChiroTouch.

**What problems is ChiroTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everything is in one system and easy to get to on any computer.

  ### 8. My ChiroTouch Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tara G. | Cinically Certified Chiropractic Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2017

**What do you like best about ChiroTouch?**

ChiroTouch is user friendly. You can learn quickly even if you have no experience in the medical field.

**What do you dislike about ChiroTouch?**

I dislike that there are no calling systems that are set up to contact patients and remind them of upcoming appointments.

**What problems is ChiroTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the problem of knowing when care plans are abi to expire or what preferences of patients are by using the alert portion of the patient profiles for when they arrive in the office. There are many benifits to ChiroTouch but I think it being user friendly as well as being able to navigate through the platforms with understanding are the most important things to highlight.

  ### 9. We use this system in our clinic as our electronic healthcare sustem

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2018

**What do you like best about ChiroTouch?**

I am able to create a very thorough SOAP note in an efficient manner.

**What do you dislike about ChiroTouch?**

I would like the EHR information to be more accessible while you are in the middle of a note

**What problems is ChiroTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

when I am writing a SOAP note, smart cloud easily makes sure I cover all my bases. All pertinent information is easy to submit

  ### 10. 10 years of using ChiroTouch

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kimberly C. | Chiropractor, Health, Wellness and Fitness, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2017

**What do you like best about ChiroTouch?**

Hands down, the ability to customize HOW I want my chart note layout.

**What do you dislike about ChiroTouch?**

That I'm unable to see in a "windows" like setting previous DOS, limitation of x-ray listing information and that I have to manually transfer the x-ray information when a patient changes accounts...i.e. insurance coverage runs out and they move to a cash status.

**What problems is ChiroTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My chart notes are now very thorough, professional and not "canned" like many other EMR options. I have actually had 2 insurance companies, the VA and 8 attorneys call me to compliment our chart notes!

  ### 11. Chiroterrific

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie L. | Sr. IT Operations Coordinator, Hospital & Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2017

**What do you like best about ChiroTouch?**

I like that this software is simple, innovative, and easy to use. It changes the way patients and doctors communicate. I like that it is accessible in app form and you can have a lightweight device such as an iPad with you while observing a patient.

**What do you dislike about ChiroTouch?**

I didn't get to use the product for too long, I'm not sure how document retention is kept or deleted. Is everything secure?

**What problems is ChiroTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves costs on paper, shredding, and physical patient records. EMR/EHR systems have evolved and made it more simple.

  ### 12. CT over others

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2018

**What do you like best about ChiroTouch?**

**What do you dislike about ChiroTouch?**

Paying massive amounts for customer service use.

Billing easier than previous softwares.

  ### 13. Buggy Software

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 07, 2017

**What do you like best about ChiroTouch?**

I like that they are constantly updating, reviewing and acquiring more technology to become completely paperless

**What do you dislike about ChiroTouch?**

Some of the old processes are software-based and are not linking to any of the cloud-based processes

**Recommendations to others considering ChiroTouch:**

Understand that you will have to pay more to get better IT service as it is terrible right now

**What problems is ChiroTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paperless billing, online scheduling, electronic payments, mobile intake paperwork

  ### 14. Enjoy the software

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Alternative Medicine | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2017

**What do you like best about ChiroTouch?**

Once you understand how to use the software it is easy to navigate and implement notes within a reasonable time limit. It is very easy to scan in supplemental patient forms and add then to their notes.

**What do you dislike about ChiroTouch?**

It takesa while to learn how to use the software. It seemed to have an odd flow at first but with some time it becomes easier.

**What problems is ChiroTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The only problem I had while using the software was the internet went down and I was unable to access the schedule or patients files.

  ### 15. Good but training is important

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2017

**What do you like best about ChiroTouch?**

I like the way my sales team is able to quickly and efficiently log work into SFDC without leaving Outlook.

**What do you dislike about ChiroTouch?**

The implementation and updates to the software is problematic if you have a highly secured company

**What problems is ChiroTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The sales teams do a better job of logging activities and keeping SFDC updated which is key.

  ### 16. A bit slow

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2018

**What do you like best about ChiroTouch?**

I like that the note compiles nicely and that the note can be opened on multiple devices

**What do you dislike about ChiroTouch?**

The sluggishness of the system when many users are accessing simultaneously.

**What problems is ChiroTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to be able to use notes wherever in my building.

  ### 17. Chirotouch

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erin G. | Chiropractic Assistant & Scribe, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2017

**What do you like best about ChiroTouch?**

I like that it allows you to set up macros

**What do you dislike about ChiroTouch?**

The glitches and inconsistent settings for users. It's also very archaic in esthetics.

**What problems is ChiroTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's difficult to utilize for unorthodox chiropractors. It's for chriopractors that focus on just adjusting and not those that couple it with exercise and similar treatment styles to those. It's also not easy to navigate.

  ### 18. Basic system

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Practice | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2017

**What do you like best about ChiroTouch?**

It's a simple system, but very basic. Features are not user friendly

**What do you dislike about ChiroTouch?**

Not very user friendly. Not Smith transition from one screen or feature to the next.

**Recommendations to others considering ChiroTouch:**

Very basic, and not many features.

**What problems is ChiroTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Physical therapy practice with massage therapy and homeopathic medicine. It's an easy to understand system.

  ### 19. Simple and easy to learn

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2017

**What do you like best about ChiroTouch?**

**What do you dislike about ChiroTouch?**

Software glitches and error messages occurred more often than I liked.

**What problems is ChiroTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Correction of user errors and software glitches was made easy by the chirotouch assistance team. Any problems were quickly resolved with a phone call. Simplified records.

  ### 20. SmartCloud

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2017

  ### 21. Receptionist

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Alternative Medicine | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2017

**What do you like best about ChiroTouch?**

Everything is linked in the program. People can check-in on one screen and it goes straight into their chart. The ledger is easy to read easy to access.

**What do you dislike about ChiroTouch?**

It is very repetitive. You have to click several buttons to get a simple function to work. Often times you have to specify the same thing more than once to get something to go through.

**Recommendations to others considering ChiroTouch:**

Shop around first to see if others are more reliable. It glitches out quite often.

**What problems is ChiroTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are all able to easily see what is happening. The doctor will put the treatment plan in and I can see it and advise the patient by the time they get to my desk to check out.

**Reviewed by:** Liana P. | Office Manager, Health, Wellness and Fitness, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2016

**What do you like best about ChiroTouch?**

It's very easy to find patients and enter patient information. With the use of intake forms, we can upload all patient demos with the click of a button.

**What do you dislike about ChiroTouch?**

The ledgers are more difficult to maintain than they should be. There are also some features that the office often wishes ChiroTouch had that don't exist. We also find it difficult to manage two practices (two separate docs in one practice) within one ChiroTouch account.

**What problems is ChiroTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are great reports that make problem solving easier. However, we do often wish there were other reports that would help us.
