If I was a larger practice with multiple Doctors and rooms and billed insurance this software would be great. But for my simple 1 Doctor walk in practice it is too complicated from start to finish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
How they sell it to you. It's like a car salesperson where they push you into a quick decision to receive any of their discounts. Then they make you sign a contract before you ever get to try out the software in real use. We tried it out for one weekend and it was too much for our simple practice so we tried to cancel our contract. We got no response to our left voice messages and with their chat support just kept hearing we will hear from a manager soon. It took 3 weeks to hear anything and they just said you signed a contract so try us out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can't customize the reports and they don't all apply to what i need in a report. You can't customize the patient check-in screen. You have a to pay a lot to add on services that may be included with other EHR providers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ChiroTouch is very easy to use! However if you do happen to have questions about anything, you can use their super nice chat feature to get help! I also have had the privilege of working closely with Joy M. She handles our billing. She is always so quick to respond. She also helps teach me new aspects of ChiroTouch so that I can answer my own questions and help my staff better! We've had some frustrations with certain incidents in our billing and Joy is the main reason we have restored our faith in ChiroTouch. Love ya Joy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I deal with Laurence Peppler on a monthly basis for general support questions I have regarding ChiroTouch. He is honestly the best team member you have. He is kind, patient, understanding and if he can't provide a solution he will always go away and find out. If it wasn't for Pep we would have given up and changed SW providers a long time ago. The system is far too American. $ symbols are used and DOB is American. This needs to be changed for the UK Customer.

It is hard for me to write this as I have been a client for 10 years, but I feel a moral obligation and I hope this stimulates improvement. Year after year, the service as gotten worse, they add more products that don't really work, they focus on sales rather than actual function. I recently switched to in house billing and added their InTouch feature for automated retention campaigns and they still do not work. They keep saying the next update will fix all the bugs and it only keeps getting worse. I am looking into other options to switch my whole platform to. Stay away.
