What do you like best about Chekkit?

What do you like best about Chekkit?

I like the webchat feature and the ability to attach documents sent via text. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chekkit?

The questionaires (which we use to collect data about our reps) give the data in rather unusable ways. I would love to see charts or a CSV/Excel that was more usable (think Google Forms) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Chekkit?

What I like most is being able to receive real-time photo messages that are easily downloadable to a client case file and being able to communicate instantaneously! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chekkit?

I can honestly say, there is nothing I dislike about Chekkit! I have never had an issue where an app feature hasn't work or that I was held up for any reason. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Chekkit?

I've been able to use quite a few features for my business. With 1,500+ agents and a small team, we must be able to use the Smart Responses, Auto Responses and templates. The smart responses are a lifesaver and the one time we truly needed assistance with it, the support team was there to jump on a Zoom call and walk us through the steps we needed. What do you dislike about Chekkit?

I think some new features could truly make this platform a top contender in the market, including (but not limited to): Template usage tracker {Template "agents" was used in 45 messages. Click here to see those messages}, Smart reply tracker, a way to pull out key questions or phrases asked (I do know there is a keyword feature in insights, however, I don't believe it's accurate).

What do you like best about Chekkit?

What do you like best about Chekkit?

The SMS web-based chat has helped me close countless sales. In tandem with automated review requests, we're staying current on customer feedback. Scheduled texts save us lots of time by consolidating work efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Chekkit?

By having the option of sneding Payments links it helps with this closing. We sent proofs through text. We can Schedule text. And soon when we get our database sorted out we will Mass Texting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chekkit?

Sometimes my customers don't get the images I sent. We can send it many times and they don't get it. Also I try to use the camera through the app and it doesn't send the photos. It's a hassle to try to give all the issues to customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Chekkit?

It allows customers and sales associates to communicate on their terms on their own time and leaves a paper trail so that we can check back to make sure our customers are dealt with effectively and efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes there are issues uploading files to Chekkit. So we instead have to find other ways to communicate with customers such as email or Facebook messenger which is frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
