I love the software, its far superior to use than Podium. I do marketing for clients in various industries. I also own a business in the HVAC industry, while we have Podium we will shift over once they are synced and our contract runs out. Ya....so that....contract. Podium makes you sign a 1 year contract. So not cool. These guys don't which works ell for my clients in the dental vertical.
The customer service has been superior as well. My sales/customer account manager is amazing and always responds.
Training the staff to use the software is also super easy!
The Administration is super easy in the back end for users.
The DRIP CAMPAIGN is like GOLDEN. Sending users another message every 3 days. They have podium on this no question.

Nothing so far. It's like any software there will always be bugs and things and I've experienced that from all softwares. I've worked in the SAAS industry. Podium has had bugs too. Awesome software. Does exactly what is needed without any issues. My ability to communicate with clients has enhanced thanks to the live chat. Chekkit is simple to use and provides excellent customer service. Customers adore it, and it's also reasonably priced. It can be frustrating at times to understand how to use the platform because we are still in the learning process. Automation would be much better off if they had pre-assigned name tags rather than being left blank. After receiving an automated text, we need to do some more research to locate the consumer. I really like the live chat on this platform. I can communicate with my clients very easily. Customer support is excellent. It is very easy to use. Chikkit is very affordable, which is attracting my clients. It is very easy to navigate and has a lot of options. It is very useful to attach images and documents. Learning the platform has been relatively user-friendly, We are still learning how to get around the platform causing some frustrations at times. I would love to see Automations have name tags already assigned to them vs being blank, We have to dig a little more to figure out who the customer is after an automated text. Checkkit seems to help us most with keeping good customer relations. If a customer needs something specific, it will be thrown into Chekkit for sales to hop on and accomplish. It has streamlined this kind of communication at my store. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cost - Chekkit provides the most value for the money for this type of service. This is compared to many vendors providing texting type services. The next thing we like the best is the ease of use. I have many of my team members using this platform at the same time and there is very little friction across the board. Our clients love being able to text us! Let me start by saying Kianna was remarkable in explaining Chekkit and going over all the functions during the demo. Then Lewis helped us with the onboarding process and was even more helpful. Lewis went above and beyond to assist with additional options we were looking for. Also, Lewis being available as a direct contact whenever we have questions is beyond the type of customer service anyone could ask for. I really can't say anything that I dislike. I'm excited to see more options come available in the future. With that said, I asked about having a Group Chat for internal use for our staff members.
