Automatically computed metrics are very useful for founders & business owners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing I dislike, but I would love to see revenue projections (select a MoM growth rate and see how the revenue moves) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The web ui is really nice. Powerful custom segments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Basically everything else. The integrations with billing systems are riddled with bugs. They lack even internal consistency with how they handle data (for example, their revenue recognition product recognizes revenue when an invoice is issued--which is standard for SaaS, but their metrics product only recognizes revenue when an invoice is paid. This makes no sense, but they refuse to fix it.
Their API is poorly documented and often doesn't work. Their web app is often down or very slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Super simple integration with ChrageBee to get started. Then you get actionable insights right out the gate. Adjusting MRR is super helpful given some of the weirdness that happens during a subscription lifetime Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
API could provide more data points, but we found it easy to integrate with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface is clean and neat. Charts are super useful for every SaaS business. Also, a lot of predefined segments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the bugs with synchronization from payment gateway happening. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
clear visual for key metrics.
cohorts are very interesting datapoints
consolidation of multiple data sources in 1 app is a must when you have different billing entities Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
some exports are missing such as historical data points for customers
global export of MRR of customer base or subscriptions over time would be fantastic Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ChartMogul gives us deep insights into our subscription business. The good part, they are the experts. So I do not need to think about which KPIs to use for our SaaS company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Additional API integrations would be very useful. e.g. Google Analytics to cover the top of funnel and conversion rate to trial/lead would be really cool.
Segmentation of KPIs is a bit overwhelming. Did not touch this so far ... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1) I'm in Chartmogul on a daily basis. It's really simple to view metrics like new MRR, churn, and expansion for the week.
2) The flexibility to edit, merge, and connect subscriptions is a huge part of why we chose Chartmogul. As much as we'd like for every deal/subscription to fit the standard mold, a lot of our customers have unique plans with us and the ability to help the system interpret what's going on with the subscription is great.
3) We've changed billing systems in the past and been able to transition Chartmogul to work with both tools. The flexibility to work with both systems helped us keep all the billing history in tact which was a huge win for us.
4) I came to Chartmogul for the basics (new mrr, expansion, churn, etc.) But I love the ability to track trial conversions, cohort analysis, LTV, and cash flow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'd love to get a daily digest email with all the revenue movement for the day. Right now you can get email alerts for updates to individual plans, but there isn't an option to schedule a single email with all the changes for the day.
It's not a huge deal because I'm in Chartmogul most days, but it would be a great addition that would help us keep our team up to date.
Lastly, I'd love the ability to add users and assign them to specific segments. I'd like to give our CSMs access to their accounts only (so they can see rev movement and overall performance of their accounts). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ChartMogul provides literally all the data that a business might need - MRR, ARPU, LTV, cash flow, and much more. The platform is intuitive and super easy to use, all the data is pulled from Stripe and can be adjusted manually if needed. For a deeper analysis, any of the metrics can be compared between customer segments, different timelines or localizations. Plus, the email notifications really help us keep hand on the pulse of the MRR changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing I can think of - however, having a predictive churn analysis would be a big advantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the accuracy of ChartMogul and the ability to deep dive on metrics. I like how easy it is to pull up the information and segment in every way shape and form. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not being able to reverse mistakes I have made with merges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
