I love how super easy it is to get insights into important KPIs. Personally, I mostly use the growth and revenue trends overviews. Projections are also really useful. The numbers that we pull out of Profitwell are ~95% accurate. This is not due to an issue with Profitwell, but due to our set up in Zuora. If you struggle to pull live ARR out of Zuora, you will likely struggle to pull it out of Profitwell too Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Profitwell gives me huge insight into the revenue growth of our customer base. I can pinpoint exactly how much growth comes from new customers vs. upgrades, my average customer lifetime value, and monthly recurring revenue.

This has more to do with the way that my company has implemented our customer billing in Stripe, but ProfitWell has some issues with complex billing arrangements.
Some of our customers are on invoiced plans and ProfitWell has flagged customers that have come to the end of their contracts as churned and when they renew as new customers.

I used ProfitWell for over a year, but I ended up signing up for ChartMogul as well because they offer an option to track non-subscription revenue as well.
