It's extremely easy to set up. We use Chargebee and Quickbooks. Everything flows perfectly and we get metrics that Fortune 500 companies would dream to have (and spend tons of money for). Chart mogul has been a great way to get insights into our customer expansion, retention and churn. It's ability to display and create useful, clearly defined out of the box reports which can then be modified based upon segments and time has been an absolute lifesaver as we continue to grow and evolve our company. I wish that I could ask it to strike exceptions. Sometimes there's a customer account that paid inaccurately and ends up getting corrected in Chargebee, but because the revenue is less it looks like a downgrade or churn and there's nothing I can do about it. ChartMogul is an nice tool for monitoring our recurring revenue and subscriptions. Its analytics capabilities provide us with valuable insights into our subscriptions performance. I use it almost daily.

I appreciate ChartMogul's versatility in data analysis, offering a wide range of metrics and customizable reports. I imagine integrating a payment provider like Stripe would enhance the experience even further. I find ChartMogul's pricing model to be fair and reasonable. It generates all business and finance metrics regarding from a SaaS company directly and seamless.

Although its a solid infrastrucuture, the custom data source has a backend api endpoint strucuture.
