Hard to merge invoice data when it's from different sources (e.g. customers that switched from paying by invoice to credit card or the other way around), hard to merge invoice data if the customer switched currencies (I know this is rare, but we started supporting two currencies instead of one recently) and hard to pause subscriptions (so they don't show as churned temporarily).

And they don't provide benchmarks, which would be a fantastic feature, I'd love to compare our metrics with similar SaaS companies (same size, same funding background, same industry). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've tried several other SaaS/Stripe analytics tools and had problems either with accuracy or with the way they calculated some of the numbers. ChartMogul was the only one that had settings that enabled accurate reporting of our billing metrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be great to have more flexibility within reports. For example, it would be nice to have the option to see average sales cycle as a median.

Adding segments and filters is a little clunky. Being able to filter with 'contains' would save time.
