Stay away from this if you are serious about getting your metrics right. Everything about this software is broken, from how they calculate your data to the integrations, the app is filled with bugs.

Invoices won't get processed correctly and integrations don't sync some of the data and you can't know the errors unless you audit the data yourself.

API requests will often be ignored or will process your request in a completely different way.

But the worse part is their support team. Completely dismissive and tries to play customers. When you report a bug they can't find an excuse to get away with, your ticket goes silent for months. When they got tired of trying to fix the bugs for us, a "VP" told us they would close our account and that we would have 3 days to export our data. Due to the severity of their actions, we had to send this to our legal team to get proper compensation for our team's time and effort.
