If you have a client move from an old subscription to a new one, you see churn or contraction which isn't always the case. The only option you have is to "connect subscriptions" which could skew the MRR numbers for previous months. If the new subscription is an upgrade, I would like for the net new MRR to display or if it's contraction, just the net MRR that was lost, not the entire subscription amount. We did have a small issue with how Chargebee is integrated (a link from their page for a customer to the relevant customer page in Chargebee) which we reported many months ago and still hasn't been fixed.
