The UI is mostly intuitive, which has made it easy when looking up customer details and plan information. Also, the API was relatively easy to set up and integrate with our API. Support has been very helpful with getting our account set up and configured. Also, they have been faily quick to respond to any support requests we've had after the inital setup. There are A LOT of options. This can be a good thing if you know the system really well, but when just getting started it's very overwhelming. The onboarding is alright, but could definitely use some improvements. Also, the way that plan are set up is a little confusing, but again it's just a steep learning curve. Would like to have more owenrship over invoice status, for example I'd like to if the invoice would be sent automatically a bit later rather when just issued, so intermediate status would be great. Sometimes mistakes happen and we must inform client about wrong invoice, rather than correcting the mistake and only then client would receive the automatic invoice. At KrispCall, we are impressed with the different Chargebee features. Automation has reduced manual errors, allowing our staff to focus on more strategic responsibilities.

While Chargebee has been an excellent partner for us at KrispCall, we have identified a potential for improvement in their response time. Since the launch of their meeting booking system, we've noticed minor delays in their responses.

I enjoy all the options Chargebee gives you, like managing you client base, creating different subscription options with different currencies etc. For the most part it is a user friendly solution. I would say that majority of the features can be used pretty easily. Additionally Chargebee offers a wide knowledge base to help out and Customer Support is always available. Some features are not exactly as you would expect, so you might encounter some issues that will take some creativity/additional solutions on your side to implement them exactly as you need them.
