The one thing we extremely liked about Cflow is that it is highly customizable. These customizations allowed us to tailor fit all our unique needs. We can easily create custom workflows and also there are lot of predefined templates available for users. If you want a more systematic approach for managing your projects then you will need Cflow. As someone new to using such BPM Saas tools, i find Cflow quite simple and effective to use. Their training was very much helpful in learning about the basics of the tool and in no time i started creating workflows and assigning people to tasks and managing it all from a single place.
