We used Cflow to take care of our procurement needs. It exactly does what we expected a procurement tool to do. It automated purchase order workflows, helped maintain a catalog of commonly purchased items from each department, created and emailed POs to suppliers, received quotes from vendors, and compared and sent invoices to final suppliers. Cflow has a lot of cool features with each one for each different perspective of the same process. It is intuitive and very flexible which lets you customize the way you want.

If you want a more systematic approach for managing your projects then you will need Cflow. As someone new to using such BPM Saas tools, i find Cflow quite simple and effective to use. Their training was very much helpful in learning about the basics of the tool and in no time i started creating workflows and assigning people to tasks and managing it all from a single place. Cflow has been an excellent platform for my team. The tool is advantageous with its intuitive interface and simple navigation. The robust notification system makes everything simpler and quicker.
