What do you like best about CERVIS?

It's completely customizable, easy to set up, maintain and use, and allows volunteers to engage more deeply. It allows us to communicate with larger groups of people and enables new volunteers to sign up for opportunities independently. We searched for other platforms for years until we found Cervis. What do you dislike about CERVIS?

The only thing I don't like about Cervis is that because we have lots of opportunities listed each day, I do a lot of scrolling to find what I need to view and access on the monthly view. I love the visual that it provides, but I would like to be able to view it by week instead of the entire month just because we have at least 35 opportunities to show each day. I really can't think of anything else that I don't like. Cervis is what you make it; the support does a great job of answering questions when we need help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CERVIS?

Quick and easy way to recruit volunteers for our organization. When we have last minute changes to the schedule for our needs it also helps us to communicate quickly and effectively with our volunteers! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CERVIS?

I wish I could customize my dashboard more as our organization does not utilize a fraction of the features and it can appear too cluttered and visually chaotic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CERVIS?

CERVIS is super easy to use for administrators and volunteers. Our volunteers have been very happy with this platform since we moved over to it in 2022. Support has been extremely responsive and helpful, especially when we were first onboarding with CERVIS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CERVIS?

Not much, but there are a couple bits of functionality that would work better for us if they were more customizable. There is a way to make suggestions for future development so we're hoping those changes will be addressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CERVIS?

We were able to integrate with very little issues. In addition, the Support portion of CERVIS is quick to respond and is willing to review suggestions. We've had a few of our suggestions used by CERVIS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CERVIS?

It would be nice to add notes to Reservations, not just to the Groups. We have submitted a request and feel it will be handled in upcoming updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CERVIS?

What do you like best about CERVIS?

I love how much time it saves me. I used to spend 2 days a month doing statistics (mostly volunteer hours) and now it takes me less than 30 minutes! I checked out the competitors and there was no comparison! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CERVIS?

There is really nothing I dislike. But there is one thing I have trouble understanding: GROUPS. I would like it if my staff with CERVIS access could see the information about their volunteers who are in the SERVICE projects without having to put those people in groups. What do you like best about CERVIS?

Hands down, the CERVIS team provides some of the best customer service that I have experienced professionally. They are always quick to respond to our questions, even during non-standard hours. They are also continually improving the product with monthly updates, and listen to customer feature requests. The software provides us with many levels of customization in our volunteer application and reports - this was a very important factor for our organization.
