As a brand in luxury, we have very high standards for our online user experience. The “true” headless nature of Centra has allowed us to meet these expectations. Getting up and running with Centra requires a slight degree of technical know-how. The true price of flexibility is that the entire site has to be built from scratch. In other words, project lead time and setup are usually more costly compared to (e.g.) Shopify if using a pre-built theme. Another thing that we had hoped for was that Centra’s GraphQL API would have been more mature and well-documented when initiating the project - this means that we had to go with a SOAP integration for now, that probably would have to be replaced at a later time. A lot of things may not be where I'm expecting them to be, but if I need my website to be able to do something, I'm confident I can use Centra to make it happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In some ways, Centra is very well laid-out. In other ways, Centra can feel "clunky" and un-intuitive to use. One primary example of this is the Vouchers area. Some kind of grouping would be great. i.e. When I create 2,000 codes for an organization, it would be nice to be able to add those codes to a group or collapse them into a single line item. This would make it a lot easier to still have access to my prior codes (which I use for cloning).
Another thing in Vouchers -- the current process for selecting products which are eligible for vouchers could be described as a process of inclusion, product by product. In other words - the products have to be "added" to the voucher one at a time in order to be eligible.
Would it be possible to have products be able to be added to a voucher by CATEGORY, rather than individual product? This would save a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Even if you can use Centra as a one-stop-shop tool I would recommend to scale faster using some of their recommended third party integrations. Listen to their recommendations of what suits best for your business setup and needs to find the right match. Trying to integrate other tools might be time consuming and costly.
