Integration Challenges: While Celo may offer seamless communication within its platform, integration with existing electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems could pose challenges. What I like about using Celo is how easy it is to communicate with allied health professionals within the facility.

Great solution that works similarly to WhatsApp. You are able to have group chats with separate departments on your phone or desktop. This solution allows you to share media files, documents and texts with anyone who can access patient files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The software keeps improving, and several functions work exceptionally well. There's only one minor issue they are already in the process of correcting.

1. No master search (Global search). You have to go into each conversation to find a specific piece of information or name.

Overall, this is a great product with excellent customer service. Their team is friendly and accommodating.
