Celo is intuitive and user-friendly, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration among medical professionals across various specialties and disciplines. Integration Challenges: While Celo may offer seamless communication within its platform, integration with existing electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems could pose challenges. What I like about using Celo is how easy it is to communicate with allied health professionals within the facility.
Communicating with the GP and Pharmacy has never been easier. I highly reccommend this to other facilities if I ever got the chance to give my feedback with them.

The software keeps improving, and several functions work exceptionally well. There's only one minor issue they are already in the process of correcting.
1. No master search (Global search). You have to go into each conversation to find a specific piece of information or name.
Overall, this is a great product with excellent customer service. Their team is friendly and accommodating.
