Celigo makes it easy to send and recieve data between different applications. We've been using the pre-built connector to integrate with Magento 2 and now we're looking at getting the same configuration up and running with Shopify. With both platforms the tools are all there to integrate the web platform with NetSuite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No real issues. There was a bit of a learning curve when originally starting out with the integrator.io platform, but that's only really because you can do so much with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Enables you to set-up and use and maintain automations easily. Allows you to share and receive files easily. UX and customer support are both excellent. In essence, it gives someone with no coding ability the ability to code Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Error notifications are annoying and complicated to manage. The only downside is still the error notifications. Not the biggest deal and for that to be the biggest negative, is still a positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Celigo is extremely easy to use and requires very little IT knowledge/background. Flows / connections are very simple to configure and has been a great tool for our company. Support has also been great whenever we've needed to explore or sort any issue or complexity. The team is also very personable and helpful and have been fantastic to work with. The training resources within Celigo university are good, but could be improved upon. Some of the reccommended articles sometimes seem outdated as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The product itself, helps automate numerous of our integrations. Their UI is friendly, makes sense and is always being improved. They have several big update and enhancements each year, making it better and better. Our account managers and solution experts are very proactive and very helpful. It is getting better, but error handling could still use some work. There are some generic error messages which take more time diving into than should be needed. They also lock down any pre-built integrations; which makes sense since they are managed, but it would be very nice to be able to built on top of or be able to customize. The only solution we have found today, is to not use the pre-built and build our own which takes of a flow slot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For years now, Integrator.IO has allowed us to fully integrate NetSuite within an ever-growing omnichannel environment, including B2B, B2C, 3PF & eCommerce platforms. The out-of-the-box integrations offer easy to implement solutions, but the ability to build our own custom APIs & workflows has allowed us even more opportunaities to automate, no matter how complex or specific the use case.
The UI is well designed & easy to use. Daily management is simple & efficient, and its error mgmt automations save us a considerable amount of time.
It's knowledgebase & learning platform is excellent. Product development team has consistently improved the platform each year, and customer service is always friendly and easy to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customer Service is always quick to respond to business critical support cases, however non-critical cases can be a bit of a slow process if you're not on US West Coast time [due to time differences]. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Updates usually include new features and improvements, they can also occasionally lead to compatibility issues or disruptions to our existing integrations. Celigo is a very feature rich product that can handle the integration of so many different platforms. We use it as our daily driver for integration to and from our ERP. The preconfigured integration apps make implementation very simple and documentation and customer support and top notch! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My only dislike about celigo is that thier preconfigured integration apps allow out of the box working integration but due to the nature of them they are not custimizable for more complicated/advanced situations that might come up.
