Jessica of the Professional Services Team was outstanding to work with, friendly and positive attitude and always listening/offers ideas or solutions during the initial launch of Celigo with Shopify/NetSuite. Made extra efforts for us to be successful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
None template flows are difficult to create, the standard template flows work as expect with minimal effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Celigo provides lots of possibilites and flexibility to develop interface. I also like very much the logging to track the results of processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The price is a bit steep, which for some incidences prevented us from adding a new inteface as that would require a new connection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had the best implementation consultation team. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping me gain a firm grasp on how the software worked and its capabilities as well as programming assistance.
The software is a powerful tool with many features that have helped greatly in our migration away from our VAN to the iPaaS platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The AI references depreciated functions so it can be hit or miss. It's also a bit pricy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Celigo has created a great user inteface that makes mapping and integrating platforms easy to implemnent. Their customer support is fast and very knowledgeable. We use Celigo every day and it helps us integrate our core platforms with fast and reliable data processing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Celigo does not have any real downsides, other then they just can't keep up adding to their integration list. But they already have 100's of integrations and a generic integration taht let's you map whatever you want if your exact integartion is not available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Celigo's integration platform is very user friendly and simple to use and even users with little Celigo knowledge can easily do the connections and mappings. Their pre-built integration platforms for most commonly used systems are easy to implement. Celigo also has templates for doing customizations if the requirement doesn't fit in the prebuilt integration app.
Celigo provides a great Customer Support. They promptly help you to give guidance at every stage and also when you have issues with existing integrations. Overall Celigo is used daily in our business to streamline operations and improve productivity. It helped our business to achieve our goals faster. We are using Celigo for all of our integrations such as Shopify, multiple Amazon accounts, eBay and Walmart Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some minor error handling issues we are facing with. Some of the error messages doesn't have the proper details, which causing our users to spend more time investigating and fixing them. Moslty on Shopify refunds. And also Celigo does not support Kit refunds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Extremely versatile, can be customized to do just about any integration. The support is unmatched. The UI is clear and straightforward. Updates are constantly being rolled out. The newer updates actually enable it to do a significant amount of business logic within the platform itself, not just connect other systems. Their forums are extensive and active, and a detailed answer for any question is usually only a day away. We have yet to find an integration case that IO could not meet; every limitation has been in the APIs of other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Somewhat difficult for inexperienced users to figure out. The basic integrations can be fine but harder ones require more work, and if not configured properly, can cause serious issues due to the power of the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that we are able to integrate all of our applications in one place and can manage them all in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We need to use a consultant to create all of our integrations so when any of them need modification, it requires contacting our consultant Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Support on various channels is fast and effective. The user interface is very good, very powerful and easy to use and discover new features. Plaground is particularly useful. 4 days x 4hours training was very useful, this was the Masterclass. Piles of features like http connectors, webhook listener, sftp, templates for flows you might need, AWS connections, database, out of the box connectors to other SaaS like Loop returns. The Netsuite Shopify connector was the killer feature that we needed, now we will be looking at data platform integration. Javascript and Handlebars in flows and mappings was very useful for some customisation. Feature roadmap and growth looks strong. We compared with Boomi and Celigo met our needs better, but it was close. Documentation is very good, as well as public support forums, Celigo answers all questions. This dislike list only adds up to negative 1/10 nps, feedback is mostly positive. Setting up the Shopify connector in the (Netsuite) integration app took several days, it was confusing, should have taken 1 hour. Tech staff in australia are small, they work on complex projects, but not general support, I hope this team will grow. However, The support staff in other places are still very good, knowledgeable and responsive, sometimes there can be additional time to explain context of a problem. Masteclass does not have enough Australia friendly times. Hard to see what successful data is passing through for debug, but this feature is coming. Field mapping in Playground behaves differently to Flows. The contract took time to approve because the terms and conditions, legals and privacy were confusing and weighted toward Celigo and not appropriate for Australian law. There is a lot to like about the platform. Some of my favorites:
#1 - Customer support is truly world-class. Unfortunately this is rare in business today. The Celigo team has so many ways to seek help - whether by chat (which they answer quickly), email support (which they answer quickly), or the free office hours (the team is awesome and so helpful) - there is never an excuse to be in the dark on the platform. Customer Service is Celigo's secret sauce.
#2 - The interface is modern and intuative
#3 - It's difficult to find a partner they don't already have a connection to or experience with Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There have been rare times when the interface partner has updated their end and maybe the Celigo side does not match. Not to worry though, a quick reach out to the team and they will figure out what needs to be done to make the connection work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My company needs to integrate several CRM, timekeeping, and financial systems together. Celigo allows us to do just that. It's low-code, point-and-click, and has a ton of available integrations. The tech support and walkthrough articles also help get the job done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's no way to surpress known (useless) errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
