The ongoing updates that are bringing it to the same level as other technology products, not just middlewares.
The ability to implement simple and easy to use flows and integrations but also the ability to implement complex business solutions.
Any time I've needed assistance with either uncommon bugs or general questions there is always a member of the online support team to assist or direct assistance from 2 members of the Celigo team that are really helpful.
The ability to schedule flows and create webhooks makes it easy to scale requests and it runs everything in the backgroud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Before the snapsot and the much easier to use sandbox options there's not much to dislike.
The only thing I would say is when editing scripted flow outputs the scripts look like they get copied, but this could also be user error on my part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not needing to manually input our orders into Netsuit has been a HUGE time saver! Seamless download of the orders, making my job easier on a daily bases. I can input the same amount of orders with a quarter of the time it used to take me without Celigo, I use it daily so that's a lot of time saved!
our implentation was seamless and customer support is promp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Is great to have our Sales flows integrated between a platform used by the Sales Team (Salesforce) and the Finance Team (Netsuite) and that the Sales Team can have access to the Financial information of their deals on Salesforce (if the deal is invoiced or paid).
Additionally, the Team is always super available to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The price. Even though it has great features, we can easyly run a business whithout Celigo, so it's a bit expensive when we have to pay a subscription to Celigo and another one to Netsuite regarding Celigo, for the same service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I discovered Celigo through a recommendation from a colleague who spoke highly of their integration solutions. My team and I were looking for a reliable platform to streamline our business processes, and Celigo's comprehensive suite of services seemed like the perfect fit.
We decided to use Celigo's Integrator.io for connecting our various SaaS applications. The onboarding process was smooth and efficient. The initial setup was straightforward, thanks to the clear documentation and intuitive user interface.
Celigo has significantly improved our workflow by automating data transfers between our CRM, ERP, and e-commerce platforms. The real-time data synchronization has saved us countless hours of manual work and reduced the risk of errors.
One of the standout features is the vast library of pre-built integrations, which made it easy to connect our systems without needing extensive custom development. The platform’s scalability has been crucial as our business has grown.
Initially, we faced some challenges in learning the platform's advanced features. However, the support team was incredibly responsive. They provided detailed guidance and helpful resources, which made a huge difference. Their dedication to customer success is evident and greatly appreciated.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with Celigo. The platform has exceeded our expectations and delivered tangible benefits to our operations. I highly recommend Celigo to any business looking to enhance their integration capabilities and improve efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Celigo is a great tool, but sometimes it has a slow email response to tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Celigo, the platform is combines flexibility and usability in one relatively easy to use package. Celigo (the team), have an amazing array of experts on hand to guide you through the implementation. I also recommend checking out Celigo University, and getting some online training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a little to learn initially, and this requires some investment in terms of time. Beyond that, Celigo was the easiest part of the project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The native connectors may cover 95% of you need but still giving you the flexibility to customize when needed and to add complexitity along with the growth of your company Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When you become a bit more advanced and you wanna start using custom script for data transformation and mapping, instead of the user interface, its not alway clear which libraries and helpers can be used or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that the way they are building the pre-build app for Shopify, Shipstation, Magento 2, and other platforms helped me with my integration projects.
Instead of writing large amounts of code in javascript or other hooks, we mostly used what pre-build apps provide ease of using the integration. This helps faster the integration time and fast implementation.
Customer Support is really good when you get stuck somewhere, they can help you out.
Sometimes there are specific business requirements which not fulfilled by the integration app, and require us to develop custom logic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
These are the items I am looking for Celigo to improve in the future
1. Branching - the ability to move out of the branch something or delete the branch not delete the flows
2. Ability to call the lookup tables or cache objects Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. I am a huge fan of the overall navigation and dashboard UI within intergrator.io. Within seconds, I can seemlessly grab a snapshot of all integrations of my business along with seeing what flows may be executing at that very moment in time.
2. As someone who does not have a traditional IT background, Celigo's integrator.io makes it easy for someone to teach themselves the relevant integration information needed to execute business flows.
3. Celigo University - I was in a pilot program of this a few years ago and I was able to learn so much within just a week of how to build/customize/upgrade my current integration flows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would love to see Celigo use AI to assist in code/script building. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The upsides of Celigo include the ease of use and the broad range of system integration capabilities. The Celigo consultant, developers, and cutomer support teams are also very knowledgeable and dedicated to succesfull implementation of your integration/flows or troubleshooting. Celigo has played a pivotal part in our day to day processes within our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I cannot think of a downside of Celigo at the moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
