Before we started working with Celigo we relied on custom built software solutions, manual API integrations, scheduled cron tabs and highly technical integrations. They did the job but we became very depended on our developers and as the company grew had to take the next step and implement a decent middleware solution. It has brought us peace of mind and we are finally able to divide tasks and get clear insight what's going on "under the hood" while allowing people without programming skills to resolve day to day synchronization issues between systems. If I would have to name a dislike it would probably be you have to follow Celigo's roadmap. For example, if they change the system and update certain tech (GraphSQLAPI) you have to follow their path and invest on making sure your configuration stays compatible. In case of custom built software its easier to step on the breaks. But in reality it just means progress and its a good thing still. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It looks slick. Decent login security. Celigo AI occasionally is helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't enough space here. It is literally easier to code my own connections than try and set up connection in Celigo. When we've presented them with reasonable business problems that are caused by their system, their response is to not respond.
We were considering expanding our services with them and scheduled a meeting to discuss with them, the rep blew off the meeting and then lied about why. I gave him ample opportunity to own his mistaken, wouldn't do it.
The people, and the product are absolutely terrible. It is incredibly limited and only works with very specific business processes.
Go with different provider or hire a developer to create your own connection, you'll save a lot of frustration and money in the long run. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their Professional Services team stepped in at a critical moment when our initial consultation was falling short, bringing expertise, professionalism, and a true commitment to helping us succeed. Their guidance made all the difference, and we’re now in a much stronger position because of their support.
Beyond that, Integrator.io itself is an incredibly powerful tool. The built-in AI assistant, intuitive interface, and robust feature set make it one of the best integration platforms available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like the ability to use 'Tab' when mapping multiple fields so that you don't have to click the next row on the mapping UI Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love integrator.io and it's ease of use, error management, and extensibility. Also, the customer support is always prompt and nice! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The logs aren't running all the time. Anytime a bug surfaces, I have to go activate the logs for 45-60 minutes. Then I have find a way to reproduce the error, in production, then check the logs for details. However, this is only a slight inconvenience, and the logs are still ROBUST, so all good in the end. Celigo Integrator.io is easy to use and provides us with a number of features that enables any product to be integrated to another through APIs, ODBC, or via an agent. The implemention was simple to complete, and it was a vital component to our successful migration from our legacy ERP to a new ERP. Celigo's customer support is fantastic, and they provide an extensive library of training materials that enable you to go from a novice to an expert without any additional investment. We use Integrator.io every day to check on our integrations, and to create new integrations as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's not much to dislike about Celigo. We've used the product for 5 years and continue to grow in our utilization of the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Celigo was always there for us in a very timely manner. During our project they did an excellent job of shifting priorities as we needed. They provided excellent support as we needed it, and helped provide documentation around processes and tools as we transitioned into a primarily support phase. Celigo has always made sure we have what we need to be successful.
Their tool is also fairly easy to learn and use. Without any official training, I have been able to update existing flows to modify data as we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very minor complaints - The EDI knowledge was a bit segmented. We had certain engineers working on the orders in and others working on the invoices out. When issues came up, occasionally we had to wait for the specific resource to be available. Overall happy with the level of responsiveness from the Celigo team. Celigo is a very approachable integrator.
You do not even know to have script knowledge (Json) as there are many options inside the tool to easily understand where the errors are, categorize a resolve the different errors from (in case of my company) -
ERP - WMS
ERP - Bank payment accounts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The visualization of the script and data flows is not very intuitive and there are not customization options.
The customer support consist in two aspects:
- The creation of cases
- The resolution of issues that have happened to others
Sometimes, real help delays a couple of hours (not so bad) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Celigo's Integrator dashboard gives us an easy and quick way to check for problems with each of our integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Celigo is expensive - but scalable. If your company is small it may only be feasible if you're growing rapidly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Good out of the box connectors for ease of implementation! Integrates with a lot of different SaaS. In-house implmentation team was excellent. Great training opportunities made available for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some key solutions didn't have out of the box connectors ready, but they keep iterating. Its easier than some alternatives to use, but it can still require a lot of depth of expertise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Celigo integrator system is super helpful getting all our Shopify & Amazon orders into Netsuite properly. They also have amazing support which has been a life savor as their app is very robust and complicated if you are new to middleware. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it seems complicated but it is complicated and they have an elegant way of presenting everything which makes it easier to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
